What about weekend work if required? Shelf stackers are probably time and half do we stay at the same rate?

Not a fan of planking it can cause unnecessary damage to cartilage between rib and breast if done poorly and also I think it exerts too much pressure on your spine cartilage and discs. When tiring or with poor form you start to sag and pinch a lot of areas on your spine. Not for me but I agree core training can unlock huge gains especially towards balance and strength.

Yes I was just interested in if you priced yourselves per job role or priced on how you value your time i.e. I'm £xyz per day end of.

Just a quick Q, when subbing do you charge different rates if you are grounding, climbing or cutting etc?

I don't employ my wife she works PT and looks after the little 'un BUT surely it's better to employ OH than have them on benefits? ..............

It's always an interesting topic this. Do people feel there are a better age range and sets of circumstances to aim for when employing than others I.e 17-25 26-35 36-45 45- Single Married Homeowner Live with parents Kids No kids etc etc We all employ on what we feel is job suitability rather than overall picture, not sure if what I have suggested is legal to do or not but surely 30 year old married with kids and house will give more than a 23 year old single living with parents (not in every instance granted). There maybe better combinations of the ranges given is there any substance to my thoughts or is it a load of rubbish? We all know good workers what are there circumstances? Lastly I have posted this for healthy debate not to be abused or attacked I don't know the answers or if there is a correct one.

I think Reg will do ok with or without the logo'd shirt it is each to there own I have discreet tops and jacket as said deductible as a uniform for me I force them on no one equally when a few ask me to subby for them I still wear my own I represent myself at all times I wouldn't expect anyone to wear mine nor do I ask them too. I'm with skyhuck on the van mine is blank.

Personally wear my own branded clothing. It does look professional and it is a uniform of sorts I understand some of his points but each to there own. On a side note most customers/clients don't know who's who in this game so 1st impressions count, you can't change them I don't want to come across a scruffy bar steward so I choose branding it's only discreet mind but still doesn't cost a lot either.

If you have a tipper van there should be 2 connection points at the back and 1 on the ram undo them and your back will lift off if your new back has different fittings or no fittings cut them off your old back and get a welder to engineer them on your new backs.

Most of the migrants we are taking are not escaping the hell that is the Syrian war! Also how many safe countries are between Syria and the UK?! They are safe in Turkey, Greece, Spain, Italy, Austria, Germany etc etc there is only one reason they seek the UK as there final destination, HANDOUTS. I'm pretty much of the same opinion! Mass immigration is not working especially 3rd world immigration as matelot is keen to keep highlighting. Controlled immigration using a points system with no benefits until x amount of years paying into our system should work going forward but like you say it's reversing who's here that is the hard part!

Japan and South America had poor economies when mass migration began also English is pretty much the adopted language of the world, not many muslims where interested in learning those languages at the time. We had an NHS they could use if so needed Japan and South America didn't and don't. Remember matelot mass migration started out in search of a better life and after paying smugglers these people didn't have a pot to piss in so the healthcare was a big draw, still is. Am I remembering correctly that you and your family where immigrants at 1 time? Didn't you say you had to move back or am I making that up? Can't remember if so do you resent that?! You are part right in your views that integration is not working and most extremists these days are muslims however surely we can find a fix rather than banish all. Serious question matelot how would you tackle the issue at hand? Please take your time and answer honestly rather than rubbishing other people views and answering with questions.
