Sorry to hear you got done its becoming an everyday occurance now,personally i wouldnt buy a bargain saw cos i would be suspicious where it came from and would hope everyone on here the same but i get where your coming from

I got 2 550s and have not had any trouble with em they are a great saw so i would demand another so you can see how good they are

They are great saws i think you must have a bad one as suggested take it back and see what your dealer can do for you
