On ebay you can buy a service kit for those saws,includes air filter, fuel filter and plug usually about 12 quid

Ive got a countax with 13hp honda engine,does a great job,got a sweeper and leaves stripes even cuts and picks up when its damp.

Best axes are old ones like elwell,you can often find em at car boots or antique shops,dont get on much with a maul

I had one that was similar to that and found out there was a fuel cut off switch behind a panel down by accelerator,presseed it and away it went

I think the 550 is worth considering,ive had 2 for over two yrs now and no problem at all,great saws:thumbup:
