    Where from indeed. I never used the word house though, you did. Edit; I did use the word house once. My mistake. Houses, flats, it’s all the same. They will need homed and larger families will need houses, it’s not like that’s unheard of is it?

    1000 came in on a single day last week. This is not a disputed number. That means 1000 homes are needed for them. That’s in a single day. Then when these men are settled they’ll drag their families over. The cost of this single days worth of migrants for the next 40 years will be staggering. There is no where near enough houses as it is. Where are they all going to be homed. 1000 in a single day but a lifetime of burden on the tax payer. I think you’re seriously downplaying the significance of this. And we’re not even talking about the legal migrants either. Trying to home the worlds needy is destroying our country.

    On the whole they are Tecomec Jolly Star or Super Jolly's just re-branded for Oregon. Searching this brand could save you a few quid.

    Few lumps there. Ive a stack like that of English Oak I need to dig through one day. Should get a few nice bits out of it. Andy

    No I get that. But it still needed milled then stored, then flattened then sanded then pics taken then advertised. £45 seems fair and I doubt you’d get much more but in my opinion there’s very little money in. They’ve paid you an hours wage and the Platter was free.

    It’s a £45 platter, not £450. There’s next to no money in it as it is.

    I have a 2.4m screed level I use for squaring up my bandsaw mill and I also use it to see if there is any dips in the Ladder when I feel like breaking my back again Alaskan Milling. Its only about £40 so worth it.

    Still would be good to know if the maxiflow (sounds like a pantie liner ) performed better or worse than a new HD2.

    I used to drill through my ladder until someone else suggested some thin planking over two rungs and screw down the planks to the log. Its very secure and saves damaging your ladder. Just make sure the plank height sits under the side rails. Something like 3/4"-1" usually works. You still need to wedge/space out the Ladder depending on the log though.

    As Saul says a good clean after a large cut. In the field I carry Air Dusters as I get half used cans free from work. Great for clearing the lose dust before removing the filter.

    No one’s saying not to change them regularly. That’s not the question the app is asking. Thankfully Saul has given the Op an actually helpful answer.
