  1. this is 100% incorrect. if you have been charged VAT on the original purchase of the equipment then you'll have to charge VAT on any subsequent sale. If you're selling second hand equipment you bought previously, then no VAT is charged on the sale. However, VAT will be due on the margin if you sell it at a profit. Dont be caught up with VAT fraud, HMRC have more power than the rozzers.
  2. bet the same ones ripping you would be first ones to jump to your defence as well.
  3. forget a slash what about a dump! back of van. Leisurewize Need-A-Loo Portable Toilet - LWACC310 for sale online | eBay WWW.EBAY.CO.UK Find many great new & used options and get the best deals for Leisurewize Need-A-Loo Portable Toilet - LWACC310 at the... leave doors open after a vindaloo sess the night before.
  4. Automatrics. Not hard wired. Doesnt rely on an easily blocks SIM card.
  5. not saying the builder or owner shouldnt plant what they like, just saying taking the cost and council out of that process is a very wise move.
  6. let it be known in passing to the local village gossip that because of all the hassle you are getting you are renting it out to a large family of pikeys who will be setting up camp.
  7. big sites can do what they like anyway, same as only 1 in 7 builds at large sites are ever checked by the in house building control. For the normal joe you want zero on site that will cause you hassle and cost. That's just the reality of it. That way people, no offence, in your profession are not needed so it keeps the cost down.
  8. wrong unfortunately. Your method cost money, delays and more legally binding restrictions. Not to mention footings costs could be multiplied by a factor of 10 if they are have to piled due to the prescience of trees. My method, none of that and if planting is desirable then it will be on the developers terms, timescale, and conditions. Has to be this way unfortunately to get anything done.
  9. barren wasteland devoid of anything living is the ideal starting point for a planning application. really f*cks off the planners as well which is a bonus.
  10. wish id never sold it all those years ago
  11. personally would have cheered on the beggarly county of jockland just to have a good laugh at the blue faced jocks in a frock.
  12. you have a gift to be able to do that. somethings cant be learnt either you can do them or you cant.
  13. labour are finished. They have no policies that England wants. Pro woke, pro everyone one who hates us, pro dole scroungers etc etc Just need a real conservative party now.
  14. ok ignore most of the nonsense on this tread. Have you made a change of use from residential to another class ? Parking a vehicle or vehicles does not matter one jot. If you were processing timber at home then maybe just maybe they would have an issue. You have zero to worry about apart form cnuts as neighbours.
  15. How do you find the cordless compressor, I keep looking at the metabo one, but not sure how long the batteries would last, and don't know anyone else who has one. Cheers. very pleased with it, done a lot of featheredge with it probably 1000m and as long as you have 2 flexvolt batteries to keep 1 on charge while one is used it will go non stop at max pressure. I first saw them when the underfloor heating guys used one to pressure test the loops, with cables on site really being a no no now they are very handy.
  16. 38mm full head are more than enough for feather edge boards. For gravel boards I use the pas with 63mm
  17. its nails as much as weight that decided it for me. paslode stainless nails box of 1100+gas is £100. coil nails for the air nailer 14000 nails is £262 or £1000 cheaper than using the same amount of pas nails.
  18. it really depends, on fencing where a lot of nails will be used the air nailer at 1/4 the weight and 4x the nail capacity really is much better. you only need to move the compressor every 10m the nailer stays hooked on the belt. I have the dewalt first fix and it lives in the shed. too heavy with the start of arthritus. The pas 360 is just a better machine and lighter.
  19. air nail gun all day. coil of nails not silly strips and you wont have arms like popeye using the horrible electric guns. I use the dewalt 54v cordless compressor and a tacwise coil nailer. Tacwise 2.1 Conical Mini Coil Nailer (22-50mm) DCN50LHH2 MYTOOLKIT.CO.UK Description Mini in size but not in power… The Tacwise 2.1 Conical Mini Coil Nailer is an air-powered tool that drives... the paslode has its place but thats not near fencing.
  20. what can it carry legally ? Can it pull a 3.5 ton trailer ?
  21. no they dont. Australia, USA etc Culture is allways the issue. rule of thumb: Lefty country = shithole Normal = not shithole.
  22. Another failed culture, India, is deeply worrying. It has a $3 trillion GDP, a country with a big expensive high ticket items space program, aircraft carriers, nuclear weapons etc yet is still a shit hole with open sewers, corruption, polluting the sea's, rampant non payment of tax, racist cast culture etc etc Where are all the lefties calling for it to be banned and cancelled ? Where are the tree huggers calling for them to be sanctioned for the wicked open air fires everywhere destroying the environment? Seems cant find anything on the BBC wonder why. Can't help but think if we still ran it it would be 1000 times better.
