  1. Have the lightweight Alumax coming to cart the new digger around. Not used Indespension before, any feedback on them ?
  2. one of the reasons ive avoided jcb. None of the plant hire firms locally stock any of them as they say they are made of cheese.

Our legal system isnt about finding people innocent, you are not proven guilty if acquitted. This is not the same as being proven innocent.
  4. here here to be expected from a socialist rag.

12 pages and no leftie nutjobs arguing against austerity. Most sensible forum this.
  6. No problem, in fairness the jcb is also 10% cheaper than the kubota as well.
  7. i did consider JCB, very similar spec wisefor reach/dump. Worse resale and lack of secondary hydraulics were the deciding factor.
  8. i guess that tilty cab feature could have a use. But doesn't a tilt bucket achieve the same ?
  9. the wacker has inferior reach/dump etc than the kubota as well, it needs a Long arm. But that mess of hoses at the front, couldn't live with that.
  10. so you had social tenants. They wouldn't have passed referencing and all the rental guarantee companies (that im aware of) specifically exclude them. I rent out several properties, never take tenants who arent paying the rent out of their wages, have pets, smoke or on any sort of benefits and who fail referencing - this includes those who need a guarantor. Only had to claim once (used More Than) on rent guarantee they paid: - all legal costs to remove - all lost rent - all damage fixed up and lost rent while it was done. The Landlord Insurance isnt that expensive and can be set against the rent income for tax. So yes it really it quote easy as long as you choose your tenants carefully. I let a respected local agency source them.
  11. paperwork wise im sure your right, in reality the motors - apart from window blanks - are the same. in fact the commercial is a tad lighter.
  12. thats why you have tenants referenced. Then you get rental guarantee insurance so you get paid no matter what.
  13. disco 4 over 2.4 tons empty. max speed limits. blank the back windows and now it cant go as fast. Windows setting speed limits really is bonkers. I drive car speeds in my disco 4 comm, been past scamera vans/fixed cams at normal car speeds never had a ticket. Would fight it in court if I did, have them explain why windows should effect my vehicles speed limit.
  14. they will write that off by looks, old X reg worth a few hundred quid ? Annoying the police dont bother with real crime anymore, too busy policing facebook and running speed traps.

what i mean is the developer passes on this tax by upping the house price to the buyers the majority of which are first time. So its punitive on the young. With regard to social, would you want to drop 600k on a nice house to find a dead head benefit scrounger 2 doors up ? Not all of course but only needs one and there are plenty of them.
  16. I did look at them but they dont seem to hold the money as well as the jap and I didnt like the mess of hoses on the front, cant see them not getting caught up and broke quickly.
  17. the buckets come from stricklands. We have them on the telehandler and 5 tonner already and are ok.
  18. Very good point, this renders pretty much all the mobile phone based trackers useless. The mtrack is the only Thatcham approved one that has a built in RF beacon, if you digger or pecker gets pinched and left in a pikey wagon they can track it from RF. digger recovery pecker recovery

you do realise its primarily first time buyers who foot the bill of 106/CIL. A punitive tax that brings undesirables into nice new estates.
  20. I had a go in the taki 230, it was ok but like an austin maestro when compared to the golf gti Kubota.
  21. No battery is going to have 10 years life without charge, care to clarify that ?
  22. well pulled the trigger on the high spec version with the built in flow controls. opted for the usual 3 buckets ditch, 600, 300 and also a microbucket 700 deep for utilities (we are builder). https://rhinox-group.com/collections/deep-dig-trenching-buckets putting a mtrack tracker on it for obvious reasons., these arent wired to the machine so cant be fried. https://www.trackersecurity.co.uk/
  23. not always. Sometimes you have to roll a hard 6.
  24. im in worcs, nowt but rain. where bouts are you ?
