  1. No, he was jailed for being Tommy Robinson in the vicinity of a court of law... The more I've investigated this case the more I'm convinced he's been stitched up by the establishment.. the judge is full of shit and he knows it.. getting Tommy arrested on one charge, only to change it just before he goes into the court to create a level of psychological confusion in Tommy's mind. Disorient him in some way, don't give him time to think to begin to think straight. bounced him into pleading guilty, before he had time to work things out... Tommy hasn't helped himself by pleading guilty mind.. he's a bit of an idiot to be honest. None the less, the judge is bent and so is the system when it wants to be..
  2. those fairy lights people stick round their lawns... then expect me to go round picking and replanting them when I mow.. fkers.. Yea and similar to Steve, people who use social media to dog a company after they buy somethin and its didn't work out for them.. could be a number of reasons including they broke it but wont admit it, then upload a Utube vid slagging them off in hopes of compensation of sorts.. or just brazenly start a thread with the same intent. Insurance scammers, contact police, get a Crime number then go on social media as a follow up to make the claim seem legit... I'll bet theres been a few on here over the years done that.
  3. to some, to me its just waste that wants getting shut of.. not done a tree for a while but did one today, was glad of the fella who stopped his car and asked if he could have any of the wood. take the bloody lot I said.. took him three trips back and forth but got shut of the logs soon enough... good luck and good riddance as far as I can see..
  4. If your on the job its fair enough but if you've left it lying around its fair game as far as I'm concerned.. anyways, its a chopped up tree who cares..
  5. I can only imagine I went to notifications and got confused/distracted... it happens
  6. I'm not McDonalds and I've already given up on the idea... it don't unload, project shelved..
  7. how the fk did I read this respond to this and have my answer end up on another thread...
  8. yea well I heard that thing go off that says you have a response and for some reason thought it must be on that oddball trailer thread and made a comment in leu of that.. nothing like making a nob of yourself is there
  9. see above I fked up LOL's
  10. deleted...
  11. I'm halfway into building my trailer for my little chipper, it has a lifting point on the chipper and I suppose I could fabricate a device like that to lift it into place... if theres one thing I can't stand about these so called wee chippers its getting them on and off trailers or into the back of a van... The only downside is you might look a right prat driving around with a giant arch on the back of the trailer...
  12. Yea well its not about taking the piss so much as seeing how resourceful some of em will be... the lengths some might go to to get their free wood.. hidden camera capturing them in the car, later capturing them turning up with trailer and winch.. or back with a chainsaw.. Just the one load to see if anything interesting might come to light.. And yes they do provide a good service, its why I think wood left on the verge should by default be seen as being there for the log goblins.. love that name, log goblins,, makes me smile every time I see it... Where was I?.. Oh I'll leave it there before I get worked up about some folk who leave wood about and then complain when some Log goblin nicks it in their eyes.. miserable sods..
  13. you should drop a load of oversize for a laugh, see if it goes.. and see how they manage.. A wildlife cam to capture them figuring out how move it... nothing too big but big enough to get em scratching their heads..
  14. I've watched loads of these sorts of vids over the years, mostly to pour scorn on some of the crackpot idea's people come up with.. aliens did it with lazers that sort of thing.. but the ones I like are the ones showing how it could be done with the simple tools that were to hand.. Apparently, the kings of the big movers were the Romans, able to move objects up to two hundred tons.
  15. arguing the toss with a mate of mine after cutting his grass this afternoon.. what do think of this Tommy Robinson thing then Mark.. Its all wrong but Tommy Robinson is a racist.. Got any evidence for that?.. No but he is one. He's always going about the same thing, those muslim rape gangs.. never lets up.. Well Mark, the reason why there is such a thing as a Muslim rape gang is because those who aught to have come down hard on them were afraid of addressing the issue lest they got called racist.. exactly like you have just done with Tommy Robinson.. And by the way its not that they are muslim so much as these people carrying out these crimes come from Pakistan.. an place were its normal to marry cousins.. do you know what happens if you marry cousins Mark. No what happens?. Children are much more likely to be born with deformities and other mental issue increase.. then there's the IQ, its a proven fact that breeding with cousins brings down the overall IQ of the breeding population... Basically they're dumbing down their population and we in turn are importing them into this country.. we're importing a society of retards Mark... Hillbillies from the back and beyond in Pakistan.. Marry that to Islamic culture were its a good thing to rape none believers and we end up were we are today.. Pakistani Muslim (hillbilly)rape gangs running amok and PC cowards too afraid to say anything lest they be labeled a racist..
  16. When I watched the live feed there was one incident were I winced, that was when the two lads were asked if they had any guilt, implying they were guilty.. I knew he was on thin ice doin that during a trial. But I've been doin some thinking since... The police think they're guilty do they not or they wouldn't be in court.. the CPS believe the police have grounds for a case or they wouldn't of let the case go to court.. so all Tommy did was repeat the suspicions of both the CPS and police.. I don't see how repeating those claims outside court can have any bearing on an ongoing trial.. If your asking me the laws of contempt of court need looking into. In this day and age, in the age of social media and the internet the law needs looking into and revising.. and you haven't explained why the judge sent the police to arrest Tommy on breach of peace and not contempt of court.. I'll tell you why he was arrested on breach of the peace, because that was his real crime if you can call it a crime.. I suspect the judge believed Tommy was attempting to whip up a mob outside court.. Now not having any real evidence of said offence the judge changed his mind about the charge and changed it to contempt of court knowing he could punish Tommy on that charge, less evidence needed for that, plus he could jail him on the spot.. Why the D'notice?.. I still haven't fully figured that out yet, perhaps the judge might explain his real reasons for that.. because from what I can see it had fk all to do with a mistrial..
  17. Thats what the judge said, it must be true eh?.. after all he's a judge... why did the judge send the police to arrest him on the grounds of breaching the peace?.. he made the shit up about prejudicing a case when he knew he couldn't jail him for breach of the peace... the bent judge.. making it up as he went along.
  18. He had none.. so dicided he would look at Tommy's other conviction for contempt and use that to jail him on no legal grounds.. as Tommy hadn't breached the condition of the previous injunction.. still, why should that bother this judge, jail Tommy now let an appeal take its due course.. meanwhile the judge gets his pound of flesh.. Tommy gets jail. its not the first time someones been jailed or had his sentence extended because the judge had a bad day is it..
  19. Tommy was arrested for a breach of the peace, and that is what he was going to be charged with.. only I don't imagine the judge could prove a charge of conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace so he cobbled a new charge together, one he could use to jail Tommy with.. just to stick the knife in he added an anti terrorist D,notice law as a cherry on top.. The only reason Tommy is in jail is he had the audacity to piss of some judge, and the judge found a legal means to punish Tommy for being in his face at his trail... so to speak. This is a clear miscarriage of justice in my opinion, more's the pity I wasn't in that courtroom defending Tommy at the time.. I'd of made a monkey out of that moron..
  20. You might have a point only the jury already know their names and what they were accused of... plus plenty more sordid details. The reason Tommy was jailed was because the judge wanted to believe Tommy might prejudice the trial, not that Tommy had.. So a judge can arbitrarily jail someone now cause he can imagine an offence and not an actual offence taking place.. I don't know but isn't that the opposite of justice?... The judge eyed the accused, he imagined this man might be a rapist for a moment and that was good enough to send the accused to the gallows.. Not to mention would any appeal judge throw a case out on such flimsy flannel as a utuber filming the accused entering the court bandying insults about?.. I think not..
  21. what about the judge, shouldn't he be removed for contempt.. for bringing the law into disrepute?.. Funny how his B'S D, notice has now been overturned isn't it... did the governments get a bit frit as Thatcher was want to say?.. And why I'm about it, having watched Tommy live I still fail to see were he was in contempt.. he only reported the facts in the public domain.. This is a clear case of a Judge overstepping the mark.. And I wouldn't of plead guilty if I was Tommy, no doubt he did so on the false presumption he was gonna get let out.. lying cops at the judges behest.. Won't be to long before we get the real story....
  22. Oversimplified codswallop.. Not to mention why the D'notice.. the D notice was designed to protect Britain and its people during times of war.. are we at war?... this is a clear miss use of war time legislation.. not to mention its goes against the grain of English law.
  23. Yea and I've just added one more....
  24. Maybe, no thanks to a corrupt miss'use of the D Notice system to get him there... Can you explain why Tommy is a national security risk?....... No nether can I. What right has a judge to deem Tommy a national security risk?.. I can't think of any other than the judge is corrupt and morally bankrupt.. the man next up in the dock ought be that judge whoever he is.. he has overstepped his jurisdiction and should without delay disbarred or jailed.. He has brought the judiciary into dispute.. Further, this prick is gonna make Tommy Robinson a hero for many. he is the victim of a justice system better fitted to Erdogan's Turkey and not Great Britain.. The gestapo and KGB would be proud of us right now..
  25. Well said... I'm still spitting feathers about this.. and we should be looking into fking those D.notices off as well.. they're to do with national security, not about jailing journalists.. and yes Tommy is a journalist these days..
