  1. Wordle 1,005 6/6 ⬜⬜🟨⬜⬜ ⬜🟨⬜⬜🟨 🟨⬜🟩🟨⬜ ⬜🟩🟩🟩🟩 ⬜🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 It’s there, but I’m not proud of it.
  2. Takes a little time to find your feet, better luck tomorrow.
  3. Every year this tree amazes me.
  4. Wordle 1,004 4/6 ⬜⬜⬜🟩🟩 ⬜⬜🟨🟩🟩 🟩⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 In fairness to me, three was a viable answer, so four is ok.
  5. Wife did it in three as well, bloody fuming’ I am!
  6. From you? Dimwittery. I wasn’t disappointed.
  7. Have you just discovered the internet?
  8. That Banksy thing, it actually rubbish isn’t it?
  9. Yes, I saw a bit about this on one of the forums. Just hope it sort of fades away like a lot of laws here.
  10. Things changed a lot for me when I got a loader. After that I didn’t have to cut everything to 20/30kg to move. So the big saws 288/395/088 became a bit redundant. Agree with Joe, Having saws as sharp as you can get them is the key. Not so keen on porting, the noise is too much.
  11. Wordle 1,003 5/6 ⬜⬜⬜⬜🟩 🟨🟨⬜⬜🟩 🟨🟨⬜🟨🟩 🟩🟨🟩🟨🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Could have been a 4, but rushed it. Not unhappy.
  12. Everything is easy in hindsight.
  13. Worked a lot with a fencer back in the UK, he got a bit of work to augment his domestic stuff from a company that oversaw the vegetation on electricity substations (I did a bit of the treework as well till I got binned off) Anyway a bit became a lot, became everything, then one day the owner declared himself bankrupt, sent back all the leased vans, laid everyone off. Left the fencer nearly 100k in in materials etc. He went bankrupt as well. He restarted, but reputation with suppliers ruined, was a very straight bloke, so a personal hit for him. So yeah, it goes on a lot, you have to beware.

  15. Wordle 1,002 3/6 🟨🟨🟨🟨⬜ 🟨⬜🟨🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Pretty pleased with myself here, a great (lucky) start shouldn’t be wasted, so took my time.
  16. Yeah, strange one. Like most peeps I hope Tyson knocks him on his ass, but 57? As I know a lot of power disappears in your 50s, and as big a dick as he appears to be Jake Paul is no powderpuff.
  17. It varies, but peach followed by odium.
  18. We’ll, let’s start on a daily basis. Have you done todays yet?
  19. Don’t be disingenuous Stubs. Me and the wife do it every day, though I do it in the morning, and she does it on her return from work. (no sniggering at the back!)
  20. I tend to rush it, but it doesn’t take long and seeing all the squares turn green releases a bit of dopamine. Give it a go, see who wins. New one every day. Wordle 1,001 4/6 ⬜⬜🟨⬜🟨 🟩🟨⬜⬜⬜ 🟩🟩⬜🟩⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  21. That was my first thought as well.
  22. Cash usage discussions, draws me like a moth to the flame… They want to get rid of cash so that EVERY transaction is taxed. Don’t let them do it, do like I do, pay cash for your weekly supermarket shop (and restaurants etc.) I go to the ATM and withdraw the money before going in.
  23. A lot of peeps in the US are cutting softwoods day in day out. The difference between dead Robinia and live Western red cedar is night and day.
