  1. In theory the separation thing works. In practice for a few months of the year it’s impossible to pick and choose where in the field you tip. You’re just lucky to get in and out.
  2. If only Lesmondo! lots and lots of little stuff still there.
  3. Exactly! From the fencer/waller’s point of view both scenarios are a nightmare If he blocks them from doing the work, how do they do the work and get paid? They certainly don’t want to get physical with a member of the public. If he damages the fence/wall every night who is going to pay to repeatedly restart the work? Go to 1:20 seconds
  4. Anyway ended up getting €2380 for that waste wood that they chipped up. Which is nice.
  5. That’s the bones of it.
  6. Do we have an identity for you Gareth? You may have said but I missed it.
  7. Who are you? And where are you? Seems like a simple question. You regularly call people Cnuts and threaten violence but seem happy to hide away behind your keyboard.
  8. How’s that going to work then?
  9. How can I say something to your face? You hide behind anonymity.
  10. So when are you going to tell us who you are and where you live?

  13. Well yeah, I know that, they made a home in our house (after the pine marten left) Why did he put that link up? it’s not todays answer. edit, Was it yesterday’s?
  14. What’s that all about?
  15. Yeah thanks, I read up a bit on it. Anyway the bloody trees are going to die…or they won’t I guess. Yanks will sometimes spend a great deal on spray treatment, they call it PHC (plant health care) tree care companies over there make good coin doing it. Doesn’t really happen here. it’s a wait and see..
  16. Other smaller spruce have died very quickly at the same property. Thanks.
  17. last line of my post ‘stolen’ from this film.
  18. I am a consultant asking other consultants!
  19. Very good! These two trees are though a gate and up steps behind a house, not an easy removal. I have already flatly refused to top them many times. Genuinely, they have spent a small fortune with me over the last 15 years (and they’re American so expect their ‘expert’ to show some expertise occasionally)
  20. I know, and there is a debate to be had about it. I saw some bloke who video tapes himself mountain biking in the Dolomites along perilous ridges fell off and met his maker. If none of these adrenaline junkie sorts didn’t lose no one would watch. I have no time for people who gamble their lives for fun or clicks. It’s all you’ve got, and all you’ll ever have.
