  1. How many bags do you get on your trailer? I can get 7 cube loose, or 3 bags. 7 cube can be split into 2 bays of 3.5 cube. 3.5 cube loose on the pick up, or 2 bags. The more the better
  2. Everyone been busy selling?
  3. How long is it? (the log deck)
  4. Maybe not the best pic, but you get the idea
  5. Hakki Pilke Hakkifeed 472 log deck I will have a pic on the computer somewhere, might take some time though.....
  6. Hakki Pilke Hakkifeed 472 log deck
  7. I think it was nearer 6, but don't remember for certain. It will last a life time though. I often work alone, so speeds things up alot.
  8. Oh you never stop. I have a 3 chain log deck, cost an arm and three legs, but wouldn't be without it. I can fit approx 6 or 7 cube on it. Mine isn't fixed to the ground, so if it gets a knock, if ducks you right up.
  9. Police round here have been targeting cars towing large trailers and doing them because there is an possibility to over load the car. Heard of a few guys getting done
  10. 8 way split on an 800 log? That's alot of resplitting
  11. £55 for pulp? That's madness
  12. Busy arranging collection for tomorrow, thats why i was questioning the location. Didnt want to send pallet-line to the wrong place
  13. two that I saw were the RIKO & Ryetec, both from Yorkshire so even better. Arent RIKO from the bottom of the country?
  14. I would say <25% is dry
  15. Why not use the pallet as a pallet?
  16. Very cost effective, especially if you buy in bulk, i.e a full pallet.
  17. Get it up off the deck and on some pallets, let the wind blow up. Birch rots quick sitting on the deck
  18. Carb rotten. Was petrol left on?
  19. I got square box section that fitted over the legs, welded a plate on the box section, and bolted that down to a concrete pad. Drilled through the box section and the leg, and stuck bolts threw. Never shifted in 3 years. I stiffened the back up as well by screwing 3 lengths of decking to the back wall. Think I cost £300ish, so didn't want it to blow away
  20. I used a 3m square pop up type gazebo tent for my f/w processor. It had removable sides, but left the back on. Was a god send on rainy days. I think it came from Dan Cover, google will lead the way.
  21. If you can get big butts, at the right price, why not look for a machine that can handle them more efficiently?
  22. I personally think, you will struggle to find cord that small, in large quantities, assuming you want to process/produce large quantities
  23. You need to source the timber, before looking for the machine. If you can only source big rings, there is no point in having a processor. Lots of different machines out there for dealing with lots of different types of timber.
