  1. Busy arranging collection for tomorrow, thats why i was questioning the location. Didnt want to send pallet-line to the wrong place
  2. two that I saw were the RIKO & Ryetec, both from Yorkshire so even better. Arent RIKO from the bottom of the country?
  3. I would say <25% is dry
  4. Why not use the pallet as a pallet?
  5. Very cost effective, especially if you buy in bulk, i.e a full pallet.
  6. Get it up off the deck and on some pallets, let the wind blow up. Birch rots quick sitting on the deck
  7. Carb rotten. Was petrol left on?
  8. I got square box section that fitted over the legs, welded a plate on the box section, and bolted that down to a concrete pad. Drilled through the box section and the leg, and stuck bolts threw. Never shifted in 3 years. I stiffened the back up as well by screwing 3 lengths of decking to the back wall. Think I cost £300ish, so didn't want it to blow away
  9. I used a 3m square pop up type gazebo tent for my f/w processor. It had removable sides, but left the back on. Was a god send on rainy days. I think it came from Dan Cover, google will lead the way.
  10. If you can get big butts, at the right price, why not look for a machine that can handle them more efficiently?
  11. I personally think, you will struggle to find cord that small, in large quantities, assuming you want to process/produce large quantities
  12. You need to source the timber, before looking for the machine. If you can only source big rings, there is no point in having a processor. Lots of different machines out there for dealing with lots of different types of timber.
  13. dont you sell firewood already?
  14. Does anyone run any of the above Beast Recyclers?
  15. Had a customer recently holding a piece of oak telling me it was pine. I told him if he could chap a 6 inch nail into it, I would give him a refund.
  16. Mine could use all of that just trying to light the fire. Even then its luck if she manages.
  17. What are you planning on processing with it?
  18. I had one for a few years. It doesnt make the nicest looking firewood, but it does cut and split timber mega quick. You wont keep up with it. The sharper you keep the blade, the less mess you get.
  19. Scotland, England, Ireland?
  20. Aye, delivering in the snow sucks. Makes the phone ring though.
  21. Business opportunity.
  22. Chip it, bag it, and sell it to the bbq lovers of this fine country
  23. Get the oil burner on Jon, keep warm
  24. 40 years ago you could call a spade, a spade
