  7. It's better to spend a bit more and get the right machine than to buy something that you will want to trade up from in a bit. Get Dean to come and give you a demo and you will want one. I did 11 x 8" conny stumps in 30 mins including clean up today. Effortless:) Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  8. Nice one Dean, they should sell themselves mate. Top machines.... Sent from my iPad using Arbtalk
  9. The thing that separates the grinders now is ease of use, I have had small push along grinders and while great to start out with you soon out grow them, they are hard work to manovere and use. The Carlton SP 2010 is a good machine but it still has the wheel brake to allow the sweep rather than a central pivot. I had a Carlton SP2010 for 2 years and found it hard work, I had a Carlton 4012 and being remote control it was excellent but was too big for a lot of gardens. I had a rayco rg13 and that was a good machine but not enough power. If you take all the good bits from those machines and add them into 1 you get the HB20. It's got to be the best pedestrian grinder on the market . Try one or look at the video on line. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  15. Is graham still in the workshop? He is one of the reasons I have continued to use Orange plant. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  16. I agree with you on the sharpening, surely a hire company would have the blade sharpening cost built into the hire charge? The blades are not going to need sharpening after every hire?? I agree that spare teeth going out with the machine is a good idea too, then if one breaks you can change it and carry on. I havey own chipper and good size grinder so these things don't affect me I am merely contributing my opinion to the topic:) Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  22. I have my own grinder. wtf has amount of posts I put up got to do with anything?? And calling me sad well that's just childish. Why not go and grow up a bit. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  23. Will you be able to buy them online due to Stihls stupid online policy? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  24. I find it laughable that people moan about the cost of damage to a hire machine?? If you break you pay, maybe find out how much teeth are before you hire it. Buy a can of red diesel and re fill it yourself. A hire machine still has to be paid for. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  25. I have used Orange plant for 12 years, always been spot on, helpful staff, good service. I get a call maybe twice a year from the sales side asking if I need anything, nothing wrong with that. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
