  1. Without insulting wrench users if your keen to transfer to srt ditch the wrench and get a bulldog bone with a compatable rope ( tachyon, cougar, kernmaster ) you won't look back I promise you
  2. Someone on here will probably come and mill it on site with an Alaskan mill mate pics will help you get people interested. And I would say it's probably less valuable than your client believes
  3. No over rigging in that vid imo very big trees, small drop zones, and aray of technics used at the right time. Very accomplished climber great vid
  4. I've had the same jacket that James is referring to for some time now and really rate it brilliant fit and build quality. I used to hate climbing with a coat on but because it is fitted it tends not to get snagged up all the time it's also pretty breathable. I have also had no rips or damage occur to it yet. The only down side to it I would say is that it is not 100% waterproof however it's still pretty good. Also great value for money Cheers Luke
  5. Have you thought about planking it using an Alaskan mill? I don't think you will make a great deal of money if you choose to sell to a turner?
  6. Cougar blue is a fair bit mor static than the the other two mate but all, great ropes if your using it a lot for access on a bass tie then I would say cougar is your best bet
  7. What bollard are you using on kern mate
  8. You can get cougar blue easy enough from nod at tree worker which he can splice for you definitely the best rope for the bone in my opinion joe Cheers Luke
  9. That's nuts you could understand if it were a willow
  10. I've found that when my lines get really wet (tachyon and cougar blue) that decent dose become a fair bit more jerky but not too much of problem cheers Luke
  11. Think my mate uses it with his zz and doesn't really get on with it as I think it's a bit too thick if Im correct I may be wrong though I'd personally go with tachyon mate runs great in a zz
  12. Did you have the standard 5/8ths bollard on the hedra Adam? And did you get any slippage?
  13. Been climbing srt for over a year bud
  14. Don't climb ddrt anymore mate. I'm working down Bedford way alot more at the mo so we will have to catch up for a beer or two and lie bring it so you can borrow it for a while
  15. Do three and four old mill you definitely won't regret four it works an absolute dream on cougar blue. Apologies for slight derail I'm off to work in Norway on Tuesday you guys got any tips or advice Cheers Luke
