Find a lot of both . Did look them up once but have since forgotten. We also get a lot of hawk moth caterpillars on the apples.

I have kept a few squabs until they matured and released them , which h is illegal.

They are actually very clever buggers. My brother and I Watched one doing the rounds of the spider webs and actually twanging the Web to make them come out so it could snatch them.

I see these laid on ladybirds , presumably by wasps. They are small though. Also find them on tree stems . They would seem to be common

Depending on manufacturer , sometimes they will mix together as concentrate or you may have to mix separately. They can go to a gel. Not sure on the legality have not had time to check as I have only been doing it for 35 years.

There is another creature that curls up apple leaves , a little pink maggot , and it is really hard to deal with on a large scale . It also does the same to Gleditsia leaves and stops them growing. Poxy creatures.
