im here because im a sensible worker,i miss the traffic and start work by 7am most days.... why are you here disagreeing with the fact most people in the arb work are lazy or of no fixed abode?

yep,my allotment now has a delivery of stable muck, the problem is that the persons of no fixed abode tip rubbish and fir in there chip so the allotment bosses have put a stop to it, woodchip is getting hard to lose these days.

so your lazy too then,no suprise there.... your the problem in the industry then,when we finish at 2pm on a good day we all go home....but...those are the rules. it makes the kids learn about organisation and woodland welfare.What you have posted is not a suprise as your comments are the problem bet you aint done a hard days work in your life IMO.

thank you,someone that works..... yes lets ban all squaddies and "firewimmens" i got asked by my recent employer why i turned up 30mins early? i replied so i am ready for work for you at 7.45am to acheive a good days work....silly old fool said get here later or help in the yard,er...... put boots on get lunch and bag ready for work 15mins early!!! i left the **** and dont have a job,some people are beyond help. some of us are born to work and others are not.

yes,do some work or do one in my book,all this noddy staff from the army and kids with tickets is destroying the industry for the fulltime cutters that know what their doing....

so.. 07.30 onsite,start work! tea break 15mins at 10.30am. lunch break 45 mins at 13.00- afternoon tea break 15 minuets at 15.15. pack up at 16.30 and leave site. take it or leave it,works here in cornwall and the boys work hard. god damm lazy english need to learn about how to work before getting paid,all this second job stuff undermines the industry with grave effect..

yes and if they got no packed lunch then there going hungry.....anoying isnt it. employees dont have more rights than employers just put it in there contracts,employee to provide own food and water no shops allowed.easy.

no lunch no work where i come from.. i even had a bloke from the temp agency ask me where the canteen was in the woods ffs.. its an issue . no lunch no work is the rules here.you start 730am and finish 430pm onsite!!!...dont like it then get a job in a greasy spoon... tree cutting is going down hill fast in england because the staff that have tickets from college are on the take and think the world owes them a living....er no...

hmmmmm i dont work at all anymore. I cant find a tree company to work for that has staff that know what their doing.... the state of the industry is like this because people treat it as a hobby job.the result is low wages part time work only and most fulltime staff i have met in the last 12months have been absolutely a waste of space let alone dangerous. think ill claim benefets as that pays....

i know companys that charge 400 per man day and min 2 man days per job..

yes it is 2 hours work but if it cant incorporate into a days work with say 4 hrs work else where it takes time to get there ,fuel etc. my point is its easy to say 120 quid but is it worth that?no! its worth 200 quid .especially if it messes up the rest of the day. 2 man team needs to generate 1200 a day or gone where i come from....

what per hour? sounds like a gardeners job to me so i would go with 200 quids for 2 hours and have another job to goto on the same day..... to just do that job alone as a 1 man team would take most of the day to tool up get there drink tea and cut the shrubs out then get home... so its a days pay needed. at a guess i would say a larger company would be cheaper and do 5 jobs like that per day per 2 man team.

proper growlers them engines,it will be from a p38 probably or some 5 series bmw... the smaller landrover engines have to work hard in a 130. you would do best to find a 130/127 with a 3.5 mazda/nissan diesel engine in it...
