  1. Inside every fat person is a thin person screaming to get out, just a tiny wafer thin mint should muffle the noisy bugger 🙂.
  2. Depends where you are in the country to be honest. You will get more for kiln dried, but at the same time charge too much and people will either buy at 120 or turn the gas on.
  3. If you're spending 5 hours shifting it I thinks you're getting a good amount of firewood for your money. Either way it's keeping you fit and healthy.
  4. We've all been there, especially when you're filling an IBC cage by hand. It just seems to swallow up a tree and your left wondering am I selling it for enough.
  5. At 40 it's starting to look like slim pickings, but I'll give you first dibs. But, touch my log pile and it might turn into something of a "Taken" franchise. I do have are a very particular set of skills and a woodchipper 🙂.
  6. It like the American debacle with insulin. A patent given to the people by the Inventor for the token $1. Effectively produced like brewing beer, jacked up the prices in the USA $100 Vs Canada $12. You don't have to wear a tin foil hat to know when the world and his dog and treating you like the village bike.
  7. I really wanted to be sarcastic and say Welsh isn't a species. And thus began the civil war of 2022.
  8. Tho shall not covet a neighbours log pile, if I had a wife she'd be fair game tho.
  9. Anything is possible providing you have the power and flow to match the application and the ability to make it fit. Only real problem is your adding complexity, ie another thing in-between to go wrong. Plus you'll probably require active oil cooling if the flow is high enough Vs just using an old tractor.
  10. Go have a watch of thunderfoot discussing the Tesla semi. Breaks down the complete stupidity of using electric Vs diesel.
  11. It's the old "Same as it ever was".
  12. Seems a bit backwards, I can understand adding them to a supermarket carpark as most from my experience were at Morrisons petrol stations. What you going to do for half an hour plus at a petrol station?.
  13. I'm also wondering if blackford stood down for similar reasons, as he is heavily involved in funeral plans.
  14. My intergalactic 1litre LPG Corsa long since went to the big scrap heap in the sky, 3 places locally still selling LPG tho I'd prefer hydrogen or petrol/LPG to anything electric, the reality is diesels aren't going anywhere. There are a few options for your white van man types, but we all know how towing and weight saps engine power. No free lunch and all that.
  15. That's not really an argument tho, providing it gets more popular the 368 LPG station can be retrofitted relatively easily.
  16. The mone thing kicked off as it's in handcocks diary. Not read it but she was very insistent would be the word from the reporting including interviews with Isabel Oakeshott who wrote the book.
  17. It's the downtrodden sarcasm that makes life bearable 😊
  18. So where do we fancy ?. Being a northerner it'd probably be Scandinavia. If you're a Londoner, any part of Mogadishu is probably safer than the streets of Sadiq.
  19. Think I vaguely remember the one that James May used, moved the station and he bought a newer version of the mirai.
  20. Well that's 400 more than I got for my old Leyland. Show us or tell us what your running. I certainly wouldn't want to use one of the newer petrol or single phase saws.
  21. HONDA GX200 Engine Driven PTO (REPLACES TRACTOR PTO 540RPM) WWW.EBAY.CO.UK Drives a tractor PTO tool clockwise to 540 RPM. Engine Honda GX200. PTO type Type 1. Fuel Consumption @ 75%...
  22. Kinda turns into a horrible paste, woodchip is good for oil that. Plus you get to burn it afterwards
  23. Don't the black bins still have "No Hot Ashes" imprinted on the lids?.
  24. You just attach the PTO shaft, it's pre built.
  25. If you put an apple in the mouth of a roasted pig, roasted dog is probably more leg of ham I would assume. Like a deconstructed 2/3 bird roast ?.
