  2. most pallets are ht that i come across, most of the timber we use comes from mill waste, pallet grade timber the word treated seems to be misused i can spot if timber has got oil or paint on it:laugh1: all pallets are bad is simply not true
  3. you have said kindling made from pallets is illegal, i say that's bollocks you have claimed this before (and been shown the law that says different) i would like to know why you think the legal advice that i have been is given is wrong ht pallets are fine for burning, if there is anything nasty they are marked mb, unmarked timber/packing is also ok for burning if you know different then please say:thumbup1:

  12. why can't you use pallet grade wood if untreated?
  13. transport minster has already stated about dropping this red tape, the fact you can sit the same module again and again shows how ill thought out this scheme is. the exemption is clear, speak to your inspector for advice not a cpc training company

  17. i would think the only legal way to tow this is with a mini artic, the only time there has been an attempt at prosecution was Stirling council, the police dropped the case after pending 200k! give Astra Vehicle Technologies a call, they built the tractor units for the council
  18. i think theirs a restriction on 7.5 tonne beds of around 8 metres?
