  3. Best of luck anyway....another string to your bow when you finish climbing and take a different road to what you want to end up doing.....shame us all not getting together over Xmas....is it me or has it come round real fast?...APF in September 2016. Same place Alcester.
  4. No ones as old as me silk....good luck with your ua's bet you didn't think you would have to be doing them did ya? Is it compulsory?

  7. That's just the colour of my skin.....I loves the current bun silk😎 Ya I'll go and see if...not a fan but like good spx.....MARVEL FILMS I must admit are the ones I like.
  8. Pair of passion killers there silk...well you are a grandad afterall:congrats:
  9. Mite work out cheaper if you could come and get it yourself.....especially if you paying cash...you could get a good deal....just a thoughtful. And there have been a few on here for sale recently.
  10. Perhaps he didn't get his free socks and was't happy:confused1:
  11. Only asked for the pair what should have been in the box... 2 days later 2 pairs...Martin at forest and ARB.good chap..and can't fault the boots so no neg feedback. Think for all those who have brought a pair and giving good reviews on here....we should all get another pair free...
  12. Hi Jon yes I remember...can never have enough gloves...but don't tell everyone what I did....oops you just did....ya be down in bath 11'12 & 13 December.
  13. Been wearing mine for a few weeks now and can't fault them....had some heavy rain and kept my arbortec socks( 2 free pairs thanks to forest and ARB) bone dry. Can't see how a boot can be improved....only if they cost half the price but that'll never happen. 10 out of 10.
  14. Lime green and purple for me joe.....I did cover myself before the knockers came calling....I said it's a personal preference.
  15. The trousers are fab...I wear all ARBORTEC gear and have a wide range of gloves...great fit,not stiff and come in different sizes...if you can't find any to suite your likes...then just don't wear any....again like most things it's personal preference....I do anything to give even minamal protection...could mean the difference between keeping a finger/hand or losing it.
  16. One Word...ARBORTEC see there range.simple answer to a nit so simple question.
  17. Like I said....you just never know till you see the job for yourself.
  18. I use 11mm powerstatic...its butte and runs well.
  19. Wait till you see the job and what spieces of hedge it is,how bad it looks....it may not be as bad as the owner of the hedge thinks it is....then take it from there...and like I said...charge accordingly...if he wants you to do any written work as well as doing the job...don't let them think your time writing out anything will be price included actually putting the naigbours handy work right.
  20. If your not qualified in the area of writing up tree reports etc....and you are only giving advice on how to tidy it up and make it look less of a mess then it already is and price accordingly...as stubby said leave the rowing to the neighbours and just price for what you think needs doing....tree law gray area.....but next door had no right to reduce hedge...only cut back branches overhanging on to his property...basic law applies...not much help I guess..good luck..hope you get the job.
  21. I've gone Abortec BREATHFLEX green for a change...so had to go green boots to match.....all the gear no idea:thumbup:but look like I know what am doing:congrats:
