  5. Thing is it's there in football history now....and us English are going to have to hear all about what the Welsh have done for ever and a day....fair play to them...I feel angry and let down by the bunch of pathetic so called professional footballers we sent out there....the only player who came out with any credit was Adam Lalarner..he was our best player and didn't even get picked for the final game.just about sums it up for me. Good luck to Wales...enough said.
  6. To my discussed I have 16 4 of which are MS 200...I have a back up to my back up just in case..Tree Surgeon/Landscaper...last brought a saw a year ago MS150...the only brand new saw I have ever brought...o and all my saws are stihl.:thumbup:My favourite saws are my 260 & 150 my worst saw is 390 so heavy and slow.
  7. Nice idea and very good of you to offer...I would say that some AT members who have been around a bit are already well known....but for newish members I think it's a good idea....we normally just say meet in the beer tent at 1pm....seems to work....well why wouldn't it:beer:
  8. Well the tickets were a Xmas present and to be honest I've seen a lot worse. Camping on the Friday and Saturday at the APF so will be BBQ haven.bring a few of your fav beers.
  9. Morning silkster...ya I remember Pete giveing you that at the TUCKERS a couple of years ago...have a good farthers day...am down in Uxbridge at the moment...went to see Coldplay at Wembley last night..so seeing my boy tomorrow instead of today.catch you at the APF. Tickets and camping sorted.
  10. Sat I truck waiting for a grab loader to arrive...so kill bit of time to answer. First thing to do is price for lifting all block paving to 2mtrs beyond were blocks are lifting then scrap back all sharp sand and sub base using shovels and not mini digger. Expose root system and see what size roots are which are causing the problem then either take pics and send to the TPO officer and or get she or he to come round and have a look. It may be that you mite be able to remove and or reduce offending roots and or roots.. But bear in mind this process may have to be repeated again in years to come. Not saying this is the correct procedure....just its what I would do and have done in the past...the cover for you is pics before and after and tree officer notified and involved.
  11. I thought mendiip was back when this started:thumbup:
  12. A Wolfie . Hope all good with you and your new hip...i pm,d you after ARB SHOW.i have lost your mo number. Can you pm me it please. See you at the APF.
  13. No....sat watching England beat the Welsh and shut bales big gob up....I guessed 10ft 6".... I think just for the crack the lad doing the job should measure it and post the correct size on here..?
  14. That's a very good guess....like the 3quaters touch.
  15. Are you charging per foot or just a price?...I would say it's 10 1/2 ft
  16. Hi wookie...have you priced the job yet and when do you need it done?...based in droitwich 25mins from wythall....done work up that way before...give me a call and we can have a chat..07976698118.wayne.
  17. I think it's a thing with trucks....some good some bad and some of us have good luck with vehicles and some have bad...if you've had 6 and all been good well you can't argue with that...still wouldn't touch one with a barge pole.
  18. All 3 of you should get in touch with ARBORTEC direct..all gone around the the place in 6 months? Just to much of a coincidence.
  19. Same here...brought mine as soon as they came out and have no issues with them what so ever..will stick with them and get another pair when these have gone....ace boot...can't say why yours has gone there...if you have only had them 6months give who ever you got them of a call and see what they can do for you...even discount on another pair might be an option.?
  20. Personally I wouldn't want one for free..out of the big 4 they come a very poor 4th....ranger first....( cause I have 2 and never ever have had any trouble or let me down and my work one is 17 years old and still flys)..but you have a budget so your limited to what you can get...but be warned that 80,0000 ish miles is were your problems may start.good luck anyway.
  21. Not the best truck out of all the makes...but for £1,500 think you won't be paying over the odds...offer £1,200 cash. Then leaves you a bit for any issues to sort out.just make sure all the tyres are good as that can be exspensive if you have to get any.
  22. Ya....i,ll stick to craping myself up a 30mt grey pop thanks...am in control up there.
