  1. We cut some Ficus a few weeks ago, huge mess as always, ropes, hardware and all the parafernalia. So to clean the ropes from the sap...we tried 110%white spirit red in 1 rope, them wash machine with rope cleaner Beal, shock load it a few times later and voila...no signs of anything on the rope. was I lucky or white spirit is actually not damaging the rope? arent ropes made of petroleum derivates? anyone ever tried it?

  14. Hi everyone got me a Stihl ms261 great machine with very small bar.Dealer wont put more then 45cms bar in it.

    thanks in advance

What do you mean the dealer"wont" put a bigger bar on it.

Give them the saw back and go to a dealer who will put a bar of your choice on it.You are the customer after all.

261 will run an 18 inch bar with a full chisel chain no worries but i prefer a 16 inch bar on the 261

you should see my country, how hilarious can be sometimes.Just from Stihl check this out in their catalog they show diagram of type c trousers but do not sell them.Chainsaw bars only came in certain lenghts...we cant buy for instance a bar with 150cms,and from the looks I think I may have to order my bars 20".325.063 from England or Germany.Could it be worst???lol

  20. hi everyone advice please. Got in touch with pfanner.at to buy trousers and shoes. They sent me to spanish dealer, made order, paid and they told me 48hs max for delivery. Then for 11 days they lost the package. Had to call them cause they wouldnt tell anything about delivery. When arrived after 14hs of work the waist button cames off. Send email straight to pfanner.at and pfanner.es. Next day spanish people call me say they will send new trousers. Whats my surprise when new pair arrives put 1 next to the other and they are different. Buttons were pressed differently. Also had a minor fault the the pieces at bottom leg, gaiters is that right???in first pair were stitched to the trousers, thats not normal is it? Second pair also has different stitching to the pfanner.at website at right file bottom leg. What would you do?
