Got GG AT2's on my L200 and had no bother at all with them. Wet fields etc and rocky ground they work well. Deeper muddy fields are a no go but then again some mud terrains would struggle. They handle well on the road in the wet and dry, impressive on snow too. Cheap enough and they did an 18" one which saved me buying new wheels.

Going to be a hard one to call to be fair. McGregors worked on his fitness and ground game more where as Diaz has done a lot on his weight and strength hoping for an early finish by KO. I'd like McGregor to win this time round personally. Hoping to stay up and watch it online but started on the cold ones so could end up asleep before long.

Oh and as mentioned, buy a pack of self breathalysers for France. Not a law anymore I believe but they do prefer you to have them and saves a lecture should you get stopped. £3-5 from halfrauds.

We went to Belgium a few weeks ago and used the Euro tunnel. For the van it cost us £80 total regardless of how many people were in it. Takes approximately 30 minutes before you drive off. I was impressed to be fair. Don't rule it out Steve. Had we gone in the car it would have been a bit cheaper but not much. The French roads weren't too bad either in morning rush hour.

Im off to buy the 220 this weekend as I do 50,000 miles a year near enough and have a trip to Belgium planned next week. Reviews on the transcend models are all good too.

Hi James, First off welcome to the forum. I looked whilst my phone. When looking on it I noticed if you click on the various products you offer, click on say hardwood, it opens a pale grey screen with white writing. It's hard to read. Maybe keep your deep grey background and white or black text rather than white on pale grey? would be far easier to read. On the whole your site is nice and simple, easy to navigate, not too much detail people aren't fussed about but enough to show you care about what you do. Just change the background or text on the firewood page. Best of luck to you and your business.

Planning department are an absolute joke Dean. Glad they didn't get anything you use day to day. I wonder if you could put a static up and tell them you use it as a temporary base or for security? Failing that stick a few sheep in the yard and live in it for 9 months. Fingers crossed you get a positive result though.

Bit white here. Nothing special. Probably no more than 2" at best but still a few accidents round here with people trying to go down a few steep hills.

We're having a change back end of spring this year to our patio and have a few questions if anybody can help? Patio - Existing patio is coming up approx 5m x 3m. Base isn't bad but will require a sturdy base as I'm fitting a glass terrazza roof also once the slate is down. I would like to have a flat as possible slate laid rather than a traditional uneven one if possible. I've been told numerous types of slate from around the world are best for outside, Brazilian, Italian etc. What depth slates best? :confused1:What do you guys recommend? I'd like a geofix all weather compound for the joints in grey. Is slate best laid on a screed of some sorts or just cemented down? As said, there will be areas where the patio will have to support a glass roof so needs to be solid. I can always put some concrete pads where the legs will land under the patio slabs. Where's the best/cheapest/most reliable place to buy some slates? Once we get the patio done we want to clad the walls surrounding the patio with a cedar strip to get away from the cold hard render that's on there currently. Found a few images on google to give you an idea of what I would like...I don't want to be able to see the wall behind the fencing so would it be okay to either paint the wall black, put some black fabric or screen behind the fencing? I've also been told for cedar you need to use different fixings rather than a standard wood/decking screw etc? Thanks in advance for all advice.

I did fit the bar for the first time and no, I didn't fit it with the washer still intact. I have spoken to him earlier this evening to ask him if he had removed the bar. He did to put an old one of his on so he wasn't using my chain. He put mine back in it's holder and bag. He ended up having to use mine and said he thinks he did fit the white washer in the slot where the bar adjuster is. :001_huh:He's agreed to replace the chain and apologised.

Oh trust me, he's definately going to be paying for a new chain at the very least.

What I believe is he took the bar off for reasons only known to himself, put it back on, didn't tighten the nuts up after adjusting the chain, saws vibrated the nuts loose and off it came. It's the only thing I can think of.

It was new in the box but the bar was seperately packaged. It wasn't on there when I fitted the bar initially so not sure how it's turned up chewed up? When I lent him it, he had the saw, fuel, tools etc and bar cover. So unless he's taken the bar off for some reason I don't know. Genuinley confused. Bar was straight and running smoothly when it left here. When I asked him all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and the typical 'dunno...' comment. Lessons learn't though. Cheers Treebeard

I was stupid enough to lend my saw to a friend who said it was faulty. I only bought the saw a few weeks ago and ran it in fine. Did some cutting etc and all was fine. He borrowed it with my 18" bar/chain. After 15 minutes of cutting he said it threw the chain, bar and sideplate off. Now when I lent him it everything was tight as I checked it prior to letting him use it. He said he adjusted the chain whilst using it. When he handed it back the chain is damaged on the drive links where it has come off and hit the bar or rim sprocket. The chain won't run smoothly at all up the bar anymore as it has dings etc in it. However, when he picked up the bar, chain and nuts, he also picked up a white plastic washer. Now I've not noticed this before and can't find it on any exploded diagrams. Wether it was just something on the ground next to where he was cutting and he assumed it was from the saw or not I don't know. Anybody any ideas? Also whilst asking about the above, i'm replacing the bar and chain for a new one and thought about an Oregon pro lite 18" bar and the Oregon semi chisel 3/8 .058 68 drive links. I don't use it daily and the main task it has is general farm work, fallen trees, firewood piles etc. Am I picking the best chain for this kind of work? I don't need it to cut fast as i'm not in any rush or price work etc. I also hand sharpen rather than using a grinder. Looking on Rob's website chainsaw bars for replacements. Pics below of said plastic washer. Thoughts? Thanks in advance for all replies.

Also on MIlwaukee M18 5ah drills. Got 4 batteries with an SDS, drill/driver and an impact driver. do a lot of drilling each week and running bolts or coach screws in. Really impressed so far apart from I picked the bigger SDS with 4j breaker which is a bit heavy if working above your head drilling. Had dewalt, makita, hilti. Nothing seems to come close to the power the SDS drills at or how long the batteries last.

She hasn't put it out at all to me regardless of how many times i've asked.......

Most units texecom are good stuff. Mates an alarm and cctv guy and he only fits these. I asked him today about Honeywell and he just laughed at me and said no.

Cover over the lock, alarmed internally with a sound blaster in. You won't stay in there long trust me. Inside the doors fabricate a second set of grill doors that lock. Once the alarm goes off everyone in a 500 yard radius will know so they shouldn't hang about to try the second set of doors. To go further add a fogging device to the alarm.
