  1. Think the law has changed with regard to trailers, renewed my licence recently and there was info in the renewal pack about it.
  2. That ebay listing sounds familiar, sure it was on there a few months ago with different pictures!
  3. Just a thought. Have you got much housing development going on round your way? I know you might feel like you are scavenging but why not have a chat with the site agent,as with the cost of skips these days they maybe glad to leave their offcuts in a pile for you to clear and save themselves money on skips.
  4. If its the same as the hilux, then cambelt change is every 60k or 5 years.
  5. Theres some on woodlots at the moment in kent, oak, beech, ash and sweet chestnut. Hope thats of help to you.
  6. They would last longer if they were 6 inches thick,at 2 inches they will soon split. Even roughly cut they will become slippery, you could staple some wire mesh to them if so,not so nice to look at if you do.
  7. Had a similar thing happen 6months ago, transit stopped where i was working and irish chap offered saws and garden equipment for sale,i didn't even look what they had in there.
  8. For clearing the brambles on a small scale, would recommend a petrol brush cutter. Basically a strimmer with a metal cutting blade. You wouldn't want to clear all of it though as brambles are good for wildlife.
  9. Have you got a picture of the whole tree?
  10. Cryptomeria japonica maybe
  11. Single cabs are more like 900kg with standard tub. I would like an extra cab,but they don't have external lashing hooks on the tub.
  12. Who made the body and not being rude but how much did it cost if you don't mind me asking. Would quite like to do that to my mk3,or buy one already converted.
  13. Nice truck mate ,did you have the tipper body fitted?
  14. I'd be interested in the two year old cordwood,if selling separately.
  15. Could be due to the saltwater they are drinking, and the wind and salt in the air.
  16. Like the look of them, get plenty of air through
  17. What about any condensation using a poly tunnel,is it a probem at all? Or with the ends open is there enough breeze through?
  18. Having looked around for a while i think the woodline multipla is the machine i will be buying. However, like the look of the Riko machines and they have the option of having a honda engine, that i was looking for.
  19. Have you tried J H Taylor, in crowborough i think.
  20. Sounds good, definitely interested in both lots. No problem collecting it from in the wood either.
  21. I am short of cordwood this year, assuming it is seasoned, how much have you available? I would be able to collect as well.
