  1. Check the clutch, there may be play in the carrier arms or a faulty spring, good way of checking is to let it idle with no brake, if it dings it's the clutch Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  2. One of the many 200t's I am repairing, 3 days into my new job and 5 ms200t's to fix as the local dealer couldn't figure out how to fix them Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  3. Oh, I thought you meant a real helicopter Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. Report back on one of the 200t's, pressure and vac tested the saw, pulled muffler and it's full of crap! Over 1mm build up of crap all the way round and the outlet was almost blocked Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  5. Cheers rich, was hoping you'd give advice on these buggers Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. Chainsaw is cheaper, pick up an old stihl off eBay Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  7. I think it was tbh! Anyway 2 more 200t's to look at, boggy pick up, low power, stalling on idle, both fitted with the 020 carb, any suggestions? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  8. I also know a Michael hunt, and a local council member is Brian mycock, his mothers name is pat! I'm surprised parents pick name like that given certain surnames Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  9. No artwork this time tony? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  10. Perhaps rather than removal of the tree, you could have it reduced back, a sustained but gradual reduction would work it back to a manageable size, but still retaining leaf cover, the tree definitely looks like it has enough low down regrowth Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  11. Sounds like you need a bigger saw! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  12. The 'big bore' kits for the 357 do not work, they're just 359 cylinders, which are highly down tuned on the transfers, with the exception of the hyway cylinder only Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. Emory cloth, wd40 and elbow grease to remove the transfer, the cylinder is rarely scored so bad it can't be used, I've cleaned a 200t cylinder up today with that method Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  14. Search on eBay for the seller tesgol Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  15. Meteor or hyway are the preferred, but golf or episan are alternatives, Chinese stuff can be hit or miss Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  16. Try a 236 or 240 then Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  17. Today's benchfull of saws: 201t, retune and sharpen, 088 sharpen, 2x ms460, one with a faulty stop switch, both cleaned, checked and retuned, one has a nasty kick when starting, so I'll have a good look at that, next was a 560 with a completely buggered chain, had to file the teeth down to half! And also working on a seized 200t, god knows why it seized, plug was a nice dark tan colour, but the outside of the cylinder is covered in crap, welded on good and proper too! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  18. Quite slow really, would have thought blowers would be at least 10k rpm stock Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  19. Search husqvarna 235/6 Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  20. Yes, just speak to rob d on here Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  21. 7,600rpm is what the manuals say Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. Full chisel chain, faster, more aggressive, but less stress on the saw Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  23. Started my new job today, back to tree work and fixing saws, so today's list as follows,: 2x ms200t rebuilds, just waiting on some c1q s32 carbs, servicing and testing an 088, 066, ms660 (running very lean), 394xp, stripped down another 200t that seized, then starter repair on my 051, some parts arrived from stihl that I was owed for the brake assy, and fitted a AV guard for the wrap handles, tomorrow I'll retune it before deciding if a new piston is in order Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  24. Nice one bud, think it may just be a case of empty tank leaning the saw out then, you should get the stihl picco super chain for your saw, it'll cut even better Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  25. Fully clothed definitely doesn't count, especially without pictures Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
