  13. When I used to do Thai boxing and bjj we took women's period pain pills! They contain potassium! Which stops cramps apparently!? And eat loads of bananas!

  19. So he's suggesting that no one should offer opinions or advice, based on a description, unless: They have indemnities insurance? A recognised qualification of some sort proving their understanding of the subject matter.   20. I know it's like we are just left powerless. All this gear goes somewhere, the people who buy nicked gear are just as bad as the oiks nicking it IMO
