  2. Grand dad was a ARP man for the village, as he had fought in the 1st world war at 15,and my uncle was in the tank regiment in Egypt in the 2nd world war.

Hi mate just read your thread....sorry to hear about your bad luck, and hope your felling better, If its any consolation from all the flak, I have a scar on my right hand palm as big as the bottom of a whisky shot glass just from hitching up a chipper, accidents are easily done and just can be a bit of bad luck!!! keep your pecker up:thumbup1:

Did a 2 dayer the other day in poole, maritime pine( God bless the Turkish) guy turns up ask if he can have some wood, no probs I say. 5 ford galaxys later on the springs, reckon it hold more than my transit, later on pops back case of Stella and 2 bottles of 7 up......that's the way forward!!

  21. had 3 on me the other day.....olive oil...drown them with that and they pull out easy!!
  22. I personally use 2 bulldog ones even on-site sometimes.......but like any wheel clamp they can be cut of with a disc cutter. It's just a case of making it a hassle for them!!
