  2. back in the 90's i bought a dolmar 115i for softwood thinning and it was the most reliable saw i ever owned, everybody was running husky 254 and j'red 2050 turbo and nobody took the dolly seriously at all

  14. yes they are good my neighbour has got one they cut well good working height an easy to lift and move around and store safely , far out of theives way i will be getting this model in very soon dolmar CS7000Z VERY SIMILAR TO THE BINDERBERGER
  15. great post well put i visited my uncle who has just left hospital after a small operation who is 95yrs old he started the war in northern europe then went down to the north african campaign and finished the war in italy he has never talked about his years away from home but iam so proud of these fine men and women which kept the world at peace again i have visited the graveyards at moorselle in belgium very humbling to see makes your problems seem very trivual seeing those graves

  17. the 60cc class is going to be interesting now that echo have put themselves back into contention with the sales of this new model the CS-620 rocketing and now dolmar have there contender the PS-6100 its been selling well in europe and the usa i have purchased one and its proving to be very good indeed i have a 560xp which i like alot so they will be used together and see how the ps-6100 performs once its run in :thumbup:

    hello paul there are a few differences the PS5000 is a semi-pro saw and the PS5105 is a proffesional ps 5000 has plunger button, and some have de-comp valve , different coil some clutch assemblys are different , the carbs have two different variations and it has the red top cover, and non cat muffler but most body parts are used on both models so the PS 5105 gains 0.2kw of power over the PS5000 hope this helps andrew

    you gotta use a PS5105 to appreciate its worth it is a true woodsmans workhorse a strong contender in the 50cc class

    there are other reports that say its a proven design and a torque monster that is built to withstand abuse :thumbup:
