    it is so difficult to compete with a company that big with sites in every EU country who sell for instance every product Makita produce and if only a small percentage of those items come direct from the horse's mouth then they have already made a saving on dealer's buying within the EU and some of these promo pricing that happens does'nt make sense
  3. I've been a S.D weight lifter for years and I've always found that stats and specs can let you down For instance a engine is heavier than a round bale of hay But it's a damn sight easier to carry than a round bale of hay :lol:
  4. The 681 is a good saw but quite expensive , non YouTube there is some videos of 681 running nitrous oxide great fun don't know much about the 2188 to be fair

Yes I got the DR machine as well as Barrie said good balance , we have loads of post and rail fencing and you turn the body to one side and away you go cuts most things I put a old soft floppy rubber mudflap at the back to stop getting to covered in rubbish And I've got the tree basher metal blade with a 3/8 saw chain on the outside

  20. i always used sawtec 3mm but cant get it around here anymore then i got some stihl green 3mm this year it was recomended to me i have found it crap not happy at all i will look out for the red one sounds better :thumbup:

  22. There hasn't been much posted about the 3120 another good design that has stood the test of time more or less unchanged ?? That was realised in the 80's Hopefully Stubby Will be along soon
