  1. He says brash is all dealt with .
  2. I would not do that but I use Aspen now so not a problem .
  3. Im with you on this . Revs fast cuts big .
  4. Hope you get it sorted bud .
  5. Why did you by a 4 line version and " split it down " ? Just by the 2 line version like mine ........The Nut is nicely recessed on the 2 line so doesn't dig into the ground . I use the Diamond Edge 4mm square ( as in the picture ) . No guard and about 9" lengths .
  6. Steer away from a MK1 unless the MK2 grey bottom plate ( with strengthened spring mount ) has been fitted together with the barrel shaped AV spring . I have done this to my MK1 . Previously it " fell in half " when dropped on the strop as the AV spring stretched and the mount itself snapped . I removed the spark screen as a matter of course .
  7. Excellent . You wont need to partake of this thread then . I also don't have a problem with my 560 ( 2011 saw ) I was just trying to help . You crack on bud .
  8. Take it back to the dealer and get them to plug it in . Also check out the similar thread on the 560 hot start . Maybe you are doing something wrong unwittingly .
  9. I do the above but don't put the chain brake on . ...Mechanical sympathy .
  10. Mmm . Looking forward to it .
  11. Husqvarna is my weapon of choice . Wider gaps in the cutters than others I have tried .
  12. Put the old back on it again Mark .
  13. That's the point . You cant adjust the idle on an A/T carb . It does it itself . The A/T will compensate for slight air leaks and variations in ambient tep/pressure . If its not able to do this ( as it seems yours cant ) then take it in to the dealers and get it plugged in .
  14. Just fit the self balers from any life boat .
  15. All the Jackdaws I have come across have been crap welders anyway .
  16. There are some things I hate . The above , the white thingies on the arms of chairs and net curtains .
  17. The reason your post was not answered in the employment section is because it is locked and no one can type a reply . You need to post your phone number when posting in the employment section . Good luck by the way .
  18. Mine is an early MK1 but with most of the MK2 bits on it . Best of both worlds
