  6. Also , and this is just my opinion , I disagree when people say using a top handled saw on the ground is dangerous and that they should only be used up a tree . Using a top handle on the ground with both feet planted and both hands on the saw has got to be safer than dangling from a harness stood on a thin wet beech branch holding your rope with one hand and the saw at full stretch in the other ! Its just that back handles are safer than top handles on the ground .
  7. To be honest I don't know . But , just coz we haven't seen it does not mean it doesn't exist ! I was amazed at the visual accuracy of the Chinese clone of the Husky 365 . I know all the " tell tail " signs but from a photograph together with a novices eye it was convincing .
  8. Just a thought . It is a genuine one and not a Chinese copy ? ........
  9. A top handled saw is the preferred choice of most until you get into bigger wood on a take down for example. For light pruning quite a few rate the lightweight Sthil Ms 150 with a short bar . I think you will need to show climbing and ariel use of a saw tickets before a dealer will sell you one . Not law but a recommendation .
  10. Burley Hollywell here . Nominal 5KW but it punts out more than that with the slide open . Was the most efficient stove on the market when it came out , think it still is . Good flame picture .
  11. Split or detached impulse line ?

I would never try and start a saw that had old fuel in , a few weeks is old let alone a few years for fear of the damage that can happen .
