I think its standard in the later ones . I have seen others anyway . It was on it when I got it . -
But the prospective buyer has not commuted a crime . Nor will he if he buys the property . As long as the trees are replaced ( by whom it does not matter , but preferably the present owner ) then hey ho jobs a goodun !

Well I kinda think its good news as now I have a reason for it ! Every day it gets a little better , certainly not like those first 2 or 3 days when I truly did not know what to do with my self . So , I am gonna see were we are in 3 weeks time and review it then .

Ok . Had MRI scan and saw Consultant ( Jason Harvey ) today , It seems I have some , 3 or 4 , maybe 5 compressed disks in my neck . The result is there is not sufficient room for the nerves to pass through . This could be due to my bike accident in 2003 or the odd bit of conifer dropping on my swede in the past , who knows ? . He said to give it anothe 3 weeks and then review . I could have an opp or an injection ( hydro cortisone ) or tablets or do nothing . Wait and see . He said the funny voice was nothing to do with it and if that persists I will have to see someone else about that !

When my son was born I was on my way to hospital to see them both and filled up and drove off . They new me as a regular and let me pay later . I had no idea what I had done until the copper came to the door ! They were very understanding give the circumstances .

So the Ash around here is taking a hammering . West dean , Goodwood and Cowdray estates are felling ash with a vengeance . Its being raped . Are there any plans in place to maybe retain any resistant looking trees ( I have seen a few ) and harvest the keys ? @ David Humphrys
