  1. I don't have any thoughts about B.E. one way or the other really . It was just that I saw he got fined and it was a chunk of money and wondered what they might do with it .
  2. They could pump Bernie Ecclestons fine into the NHS ....
  3. Never mind all this saw/tractor driver/farmer stuff . What I want to know is what foot spa he uses .
  4. 17 degrees and intermittent rain . Good morrow kind sirs .
  5. Its just not acceptable don't you know ! 😀
  6. I think Chris Newport's comment is worth consideration . Some early models did have the smaller pot and piston as standard . Could have been " new old stock " perhaps when you bought it ?
  7. Today there was a war reporter out in the war zone in Gaza . There were bangs and things going off and he kept ducking . Then he said " we have some breaking news just coming in .... Holly Willoughby is quitting This Morning " WTF !
  8. Oi oi then Bob . Have a good one mate .
  9. Aspen are promoting Husqvarna 🙂
  10. I am dead and I still make it on here daily 😄
  11. Knock yer self out J 👍 . I wish you luck my friend .
  12. Always found it to be an excellent flux when brazing with brass rods .
  13. Ok J . The fact you godda pay for the wood makes it even less attractive in my book . If you were splitting and processing for your own use then maybe but .......

A couple of years ago a bloke posted the same . He got nowhere ( maybe he gave you the saw 🙂) The only chance would be the U.S.A. and that would probably make it non cost affective .
  15. I know where you are coming from bud but the margins are thin . The only way to make money is to be as efficient as possible . Processor lifting machinates etc etc . I know you are getting the wood for free but you might find the time you spend cutting and splitting you could earn more using that time felling .
  16. Who threw that ? come on who was it ?
  17. Also , just as an aside there is a difference between seasoned logs that have got wet from rain and green unseasoned timber .
  18. I would get a small tractor ( as doobin says lots of other uses ) and a PTO driven helical cone splitter . Way faster than hydraulic .
  19. Old Peewitt nest ? ( Plover , Lapwing , Peewitt )
  20. Whilst a sever reduction may , possibly reduce water up take , once the tree starts to put on new vigorous growth it may even demand more water than it did originally .
  21. Spark plugs will last a few hours though ( every cloud and that ) 🙂
