  1. Nice work Mike, lovely when you can get the kit to jobs like that. Horrible when you can't.
  2. Pretty savage last couple of days. Big old euc over 2 gardens to handball out. No access for machinery so the skidsteer stayed home for this one. Had to resort to pure graft, which was exactly as gratifying as i imagined it would be. VID-20231010-WA0006.mp4 20231010_115138.mp4 20231010_140724.mp4
  3. How did you mod the 2511 mate? Or did Spud do it? I hear he's a bit workshy these days 🤣
  4. You want some and all? 🤣
  5. It's unfair to assume the lad has a substance abuse issue IMO. He probably just likes the way it smells
  6. No you don't, just buy the 57dl chain for the 161 I run stihl bars and chains on my echo. The panther bars I've had have skates been pretty short lived.
  7. Good job it's not a banable offense or you'd be long gone.
  8. I think you might actually be wrong there, its a rebranded Tsumara i think, which a) is potentially better & b) definitely makes me a virgin for knowing it, if true.
  9. Yup 👍 That's a 25m spider 20221010_090512.mp4
  10. Also the echo doesn't vibrate its engine mount bolts loose causing premature death of the saw, so there's that.
  11. The 2511 dicks all over the stihl. Plastics are fine, any top handle will break its exhaust cover, nature of the the beast. The echo is better designed, has a way better air filter, is lighter smaller and noticeably more power. The downside is that to get the best out of it you have to replace the bar and chain with the stihl version straight away. The earlier models had a few teething issues, the newer ones are bang on. Any saw will only be as good as the maintenance that goes into it though.
  12. Got any photos of this unclimbable tree?
  13. Cheaper to fell the tree and repair the damage
  14. If you're gonna crane a mewp in why not just crane the tree out?
  15. It depends on the company, but the Technical Guide for the use of cranes in arboriculture makes clear allowances for this.
  16. The petzl flow is just a rebranded Cousin Black Widow which is my favorite ddrt set up so far. Honeys did a good job of milking the cover before the second splice so had zero issues there. It's also helps spread out rope wear so you're not constantly using the same end
  17. It's pretty handy if you use a zz/chicane and swap between SRT and DDRT regularly. It's also handy if you use the tail of your line as a second system
  18. Cousin black widow or atrax Courant kalimba You might have to cut the id tag off
  19. That would work if the gov allocated funding that way, but then smokers/ drinkers should be getting the best treatment by your logic. Instead they waste money left right and center whilst looking after themselves. Call me a cynic but it hasn't stopped people from doing weed, coke or worse. It would genuinely be better to make everything legal. That way its controlled, taxable and you don't get shit laced with the stuff that can actually kill you. I don't think they're would be a significant rise in usage.

    HS2 Over

You're not quite all there, are you mate?
  21. The only reason Rishi is considering it is that very few young people smoke anymore and most vape. I'll wager there are no such restrictions on that. I personally do both. Ride or die.
  22. Ban it entirely or don't, except the tax on tobacco is something ridiculous and a good earner for HMRC.
  23. It's damn near impossible to work on those 500i carbs...
