  1. Think there some budget trousers for £80 on frjones bud , type A's if i remember correctly 3 for under 100 http://www.frjonesandson.co.uk/products-page/ppe-safety-and-workwear/chainsaw-protective-trousers/page/2/
  2. Or a fiesta lol 2.5 rubble bags with some space for cord lol
  3. I haven't received one bud, also your inbox is full Cheers dan
  4. Thats a great picture. Whats great is that you can whittle / sand the wood to fit your hand. Steve we could do swapies, a new t-shirt for a handle 😜 lol. But i think I'm way off to be able to mass produce them in a short amount of time. Im sure the wood turners/ carvers / whittlers would have no problem.
  5. Lol same here, this will be my 1st proper go at whittling if its in that bracket. Ive had a go on the basic shape on lime but would really like something with a great grain colour and hardiness but easy to work with so I've not picked just the one type of wood yet
  6. Hi bud, I'm down in oadby but work all over. Would it be best to pop over some time during the week? Or can you do saturdays as well? Also thanks for the offer very interested
  7. Hi guys, Im after some of the above but seasoned as I'm wanting to whittle some silky handles. Ive already asked and looked at some of the local sellers including b&q and the like. Thanks dan
  8. If your looking at getting a 4x4 to convert it to a tipper with a small crane have you thought about the pinzgauer 718. They pull 5ton with carrying 1.5ton at least. Try http://www.shropshiregunbus.co.uk There very helpful O and itll look like the picture in my avi All the best bud
  9. It is but not too Much as it can ice up the drinking tube lol
  10. If you really want to carry one up with you try the small 1.5-2ltrs one and have it under ur t-shirt. You could also attach some thick cloth on to the straps so it eases the rubbing. Then have a small cool box in the van ready to top it up again.
  11. Im sure PeteB will enlighten us with what he thinks compared to the greenMec.
  12. So jenson wouldnt lower the cost of there smaller unit aka 530 etc. so this company asked jenson if they could make there own. They agreed and have had some say in parts used. Now the first thing you'll notice is the quality finish having the whole chipper powder coated. With each fold in the metal its been backed up with decent welds. The side buttons are from the tube trains and work great with a nice safety feature, being that if the bumper bar or stop button is pressed, they you tap the go button again it always goes into reserve. Its weights at 950kgs and have added a small bar at the towing eye so the bonnet doesn't get smashed if its been jack knifed whilst reversing. But doesn't affect the drive/drag. Feeds time is impressive and we threw in large pieces with almost 90 degree angles in it and it just asked for more. The box is measured at 8x6. The only thing we could really point out for a lil change would be the hopper size (Larger) possibly but then again it didn't strain on the narly pieces we tried or whole branches. Im sure theres more and will post again but overall its a fantastic machine and we've ordered one. O it comes with 3 yr warranty etc and the grease points in one places is handy
  13. Winch it across then cut or tie off both ends then drag ti each side. Otherwise its a lil paddle bud
  14. Last year i saw an old transit used as a scrap metal wagon but was AA approved lol
  15. Hi paul, im currently using one today and will write up a brief on some findings however the question you asked is the rep told us its in the same line as the 530. In short (like me) the forst is a beast lol
  16. Aye I've used those mirco beads as well, after seeing it mentioned on a past thread
  17. Could you not engrave them both on plastic where anyone one can see and some where, where ud have to strip it down to find on the metal
  18. Will let you know next tues bud. Any questions pass them on and ill ask the rep when he drops it off
  19. Never see it before and I'm no cizzer head. Just thought id ask lol Sent using fones4hobbits
  20. Old speckled hen is a firm and long fav Sent using fones4hobbits
  21. What say you cider heads on this? Sent using fones4hobbits
  22. With cs trousers i wouldn't adapt the trousers at all. This is because you'd weaken the whole structure of the kevlar etc and ud just end up with an expensive pair of jeans. If its helps im on average a 30'' waist and take a size small for the hi flex and a extra small in the x-fit trouser. I think the length is 30-32'' long (or short) lol and when wear cs boots they fit just right It maybe best to go to a shop and try some on with the different makes available bud Sent using fones4hobbits
  23. Just heard that were demoing one in a month or so, and that the smaller jensons weren't doing aswell plus the parts etc were hard get to hold of. So theyve jenson has bought out these two. Also heard that these two models are the only ones to be bought out. But as said this is just all hear say. But will update once weve had our hands on it
  24. I get you bud, but at the min all the work i do is private and i work full time as well. Every job i do is a step closer for me to run my own firm without owing anything and can hit the ground running. Sent using fones4hobbits
  25. As said not everything is on line, and they can sweeten me up anytime as theres some lovely TO's (female) lol. For me its just the way i do things and my clients seem happy with it. Im sure if i was located else where i would adapt and overcome bud Sent using fones4hobbits
