  7. Secondly we have added a function whereby we will add a serial/tracking number to your rope or prusik wherever it is purchased off the roll per metre. Helping you keep tabs on your gear and so the pesky loler man can aswell! thats a nice touch, and service. hope it all kicks of soon for you

  10. it was just as an example ;p but i know what you mean lol and yes the business tutor used gmail, for his private company as well. said he always sent himself an email that way (including paper copy) he always had a back up

  13. you could use excel spread sheet, each tab could be the letter of the alphabet of the clients surname. then just have a bunch of colums 1 for the clients ref num which ud use in emails and invoices. 2 type of work (fell/climb/maintenace). 3 which team has completed the job. 4 quoted pirce/bill. 5 payment recieved/not recieved ect. i did a baisc spread sheet back on this in college during business, if you have any problems i could scan a bunch of docs to you, or just post a helpful exercise/document file that would help and get you up and running. o it does take a lil time to put together but has helped me in the past

  15. have you contacted myerscough college. im about to start a online foundation degree in arb. they may have a course for which you could study online aswell. so ud be earning and learning at the same time bud. i myself couldnt afford to take time out and study for a degree and their approach works for me. theres are other colleges supplying courses posted in arbtalk.

  17. Aye any solid surface where you can engrave is gd. I use my first to letters of my surname and my last four of my old service number. But anything will do as long as toucan remember it bud

  23. end of the day the TO has placed a TPO on the trees, Bad timing and i would be P*ssed aswell. The only thing now is to go throught the right channels and have this problem squared away
  24. depense on where you are in the midlands. in leicester we use a place called terratruck, this company may have others dotted around the midlands/country. with your other questions id call up a dealer for greenmech,timberwolf etc and see if they could do your blades and answer anyother questions. if not the tinternet is great for finding pdf's on equipment and other sources of information,. give this a try as a starting place http://www.greenmech.co.uk/dealers/
