  1. the first thing to remember is its very tough for every one . so dont feel sorry for yourself big firms going bust shows its tough for every one . you need to concentrate on your qualities and improve your weekness . get in touch with as many people as you can and be willing to try any way of getting a start . keep going mate and very best of luck for new year be POSITIVE start trying people on here for a start ...

  3. we got one christmas eve seems to do the job wel . we sit on the couch and roll up roses wrappers and try and ping them of the blades childish but funny

  5. hi everyone have started to put a few sticks of kindling in each nett just a few at the top of the nett just to fill that awkward space that wont always take a log but i dont like leaving empty ... good idea or not ...? i suppose it depends on how many netts you do and the method you use to fill netts ...any thoughts or other ideas ..and of course happy crimbo to all:thumbup:
  6. personally i think jobs take as long as they take get the job done safely and efficient some times you are a bit quicker some times bit slower as long as you are not too far off either way who cares:thumbup:

  8. hi guys just wondering does any one use the merc crew cab 311 or 313 giving it some thought think our wagon might be about to retire
  9. if you can get the right guys together there is very little a foreman would have to do its about the right blend of experience and enthusiasm and personel responsability and most important a professionel attitude.saying all that we all love to moan about the boss .

  12. hi took down a large red oak with these fruiting bodies on the stem ok no big deal was diagnosed about 8 years ago .the clients told me they lost another tree a while ago not far away and they have a chestnut which is diseased just a bit down from the oak the next door neighbour ask me to look at her trees which dont look great so it got me thinking about honey fungus moving along the row of trees . we are removing the stump of the oak so should be interesting to see whats there , your earlier post about honey fungus moving along from host to host triggered my assumptions although i havent noticed evidence of honey fungus ,, think the fruiting bodies are gannoderma your thoughts please a few pics and will take some more as we carry on.
  13. easy get in touch with vosa thats what they are there for . also if you ever get stopped by police you will know if you are legal or not ..
  14. there is always a JOB to do if you get stuck you could start clearing gutters of leaves debri ect jet washing patio s drive ways ect all gets you through the winter months . put a board up with contact details on whilst you are working might help good luck .
  15. we had the chickens before jack so he has grown up with them ;he does try it on with them now and again but they soon put him in his place funny to see .. dont mess with the chickens ...
