hi we normally get, i will have them if you dont wont them ! on a job when we say they are for sale they normally pull a face and off they go

hi guys i always wonder where all the stolen chippers go ? becouse lets face it its only tree people who use them ! i do say tree people loosely , maybe police should more proactive in stopping any one towing a chipper especially unmarked scrap type transits with irish number plates ? or is anyone bothered as it is just another insurance claim ie ,,give you a crime number off you go ?

regards to tensioner it tensions when you engage after starting up ! you would be better discussing with vermeer uk a guy called kevin he is ever so helpfull he can tell you precisley what to do helped me out countless times no 01933274400,

hi had a similar situation myself recently what i would do is get customer signature stating no tpo ect .... why the panic to get limb down over easter ? how long has the split been there ? local planning officer told me they decide if its dangerous or not ! ... did job anyway and no comeback have fun

scaffold boards .... dont do it you will be sorry ... seriously though dont chance hurting yourself or damaging machine wagon ect ....

how about ivy or other climber over security fence to provide screen then you can plant trees and shrubs in front as you wish just a thought .....

hi you might be able to turn anvil on to a good side if that is the problem try and check anvil with a straight edge steel rule perhaps good luck

i have a bc 150 we un hitch chipper and push under back of wagon to shorten distance of chip travel do you do same ?

lots of good points and options i still think if the tree owner is concerned enough and has the means the tree will probably go maybe a system of re planting either on site or local public open space an option maybe

i aLWAYS THINK THE DECISION TO REMOVE OR PRUNE OR LEAVE WELL ALONE USUALLY RESTS WITH OWNER. I FIND IF YOU DONT REALLY SAY WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR OR AGREE WITH THEM, YOU WONT GET THE JOB ! SOME TIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO GO ALONG WITH THERE WISHES . what i try and do is look carefully and try and picture yourself doing the job and keep asking yourself questions ie what happens if i cut that which way will it fall ? consider the limb under tension you might have to do work in the tree its hung up in first . trick is take your time consider what you are doing . try and keep the limb below you so its hopefully going to fall away from you if you have to climb it hope this helps
