    Some use fire cement iv used high temp sealant-bit more flexible.

    You may find you will suffer with condensation without a dedicated vent. Also will help remove unwanted gases from combustion. Lot depends on air permeability of your house.

    Is the 12kw for the whole house or just a room? If fitting yourself you need to figure out size of room vs output of stove for ventilation purposes.

    Amen to that John-felling some good sized timber in Liverpool last week and a mates Landy was just the ticket. Mud terrains on,low box,pull them over,job done.

    £300 for one in France when i went seeing Ty in Summer but already had a 150 so didnt bother..

    Seen and drove a couple of fettled Td5s now-excellent for towing but some would say more fragile than 200/300s.

    Im looking at a 461 on a 25" for £772 with vat or a 390 for £835 with vat. Surely those extra cc are worth it?

    150s are fine on a 10..you wont notice it on yr harness.
