    Not sugar! Cut back on the sugar/caffeine which causes spikes in blood sugar and artificial 'highs'. Try to have rest in the evening, hot baths, early nights etc. Eat clean, organic and NON PROCESSED foods. Take a Multivitamin supplement and particularly B vitamins. Slow down and take a day off!

    Or alternatively I can continue to not have Facebook and not have to bother changing any settings.. Any old friends who want to get in touch with me will have to try harder than that. Mostly I've moved on and have no wish to rekindle friendships of my youth. Plus I told them all I was going to be a jet fighter pilot and I'm not, so I couldn't deal with the shame.

    Thanks mate Got it on my lap now, reading through the manual (well looking at the pictures) had a look at the bar, chain, tools etc. Wiped the PDI oily fingerprints off it Fuel in the tank, oil reservoir dry...all looks good! It is a lump, but somehow that's a + for me rather than a - Feels solid. Wouldn't want to sling the thing around all day, every day mind.

    Thanks mate! Trust me, if I started climbing the trees, I wouldn't need a @&£)%# chainsaw! I could just pull the bloody things down, or snap off the branches one by one I'm more Tarka than Tarzan dude! I'm willing to have a go though, if you've got a training bonsai I can start on!

    This has made my day! I was thrilled with my purchase, despite the inevitable online dissection of how I'd wasted my cash .. 'Shoulda bought a XXxXxX' etc. Knowing that some people with the choice of anything at all welcome them over the threshold makes me feel content that I haven't bought a lemon, and will enjoy my new toy. I appreciate you stepping up to put some credence to my decision.
