  1. This I'll be interested in as i rate Bandit and Jensen above all others (but I've never used a Greenmech). Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  2. I'm not sure but your groundies look a bit lazy. Standing around with their coats on, chewing the cud! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  3. Is it a good mag? What kind of stuff is in it? Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  4. I like the new name. In my experience many people that arrive with a new nptc certificate are far from competent. A license to practice states just that. It doesn't imply they are good and it certainly does not say they are a tree surgeon. (It really bets under my skin when folks come out of college holding a climb with saw cert and they believe they are a tree surgeon!) Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  5. Roughly how much use has it had? Is it damaged in any way at all? Which model is it? Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  6. Still loving mine but generally use it in large open gardens. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  7. That's not a 4x4 pick-up is it.
  8. It's a metal tool clip. I used to have a Dragonfly and I put a large Petzl Caritool in that position, one on each hip.
  9. Sounds like a good idea. What kind of expanding foam and how would you get it in there?
  10. Well I got some foam tyres from Indespension but they came on plastic wheels which don't roll as well as the original wheels that have bearings. Also, the plastic is being worn away by the metal axle. When they're ruined I'll get the original tyres filled with foam. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  11. An Easy Lift Harness will solve that problem. I do 17 days of hedge cutting a year and the ELH was a seriously smart investment. Sorry for the derail. I've been thinking of a chainsaw head for my Stihl combi-thing so this is a useful thread for me. Thanks.
  12. I think you may have over done it mulching that little tree at the end!
  13. A harness will not make a person a good climber, it will only make that climber a bit more/less comfortable. If the 'least popular' harness on the market happens to feel comfiest on you then that's the best harness on the market for you.
  14. I'll be interested to hear what you think of the D-max Chris. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  15. Cos they are not 4x4 remember. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  16. Excellent! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  17. That's fine Chris but it doesn't fit ANY of the criteria I listed. You HiLux without the rear can would be perfect. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  18. I'm in a clients garden today and need a quick ID, if you can help. You can see my keys in the second photo and the tree is very big. Very tall with a very big crown. There is a football size hole between buttresses on the other side and plenty of animal excavation within. Thanks. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  19. What is that device you have instead of a Rope Wrench?
  20. Try the Employment Forum on here.
  21. There is only one Jon. The Stein Arb Trolley.
  22. It is the cheapest most productive piece of kit I ever bought because it does so much work for us and is used in so many applications. True, the tyres are rubbish but everyone changes them for puncture proof ones. Once you have a Stein AT you'll find many more ways of using it that you won't have previously thought of, thus increasing it's value to you. If mine broke today, I'd drive to my dealer instantly and buy another, that's how valuable it is.
  23. Well I just ran a Favourite Climbing Boot thread on the Climbers Forum and the Sip boots were not mentioned once. Zermatt seems popular on the ground and Airstreams seem favourite overall. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  24. I know that more than three people have one. Any feedback chaps? Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  25. I would be if it wasn't crew cab. Good luck. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
