  1. If the bottom of the tether is connected to the ZZ with a U-shaped shackle and the shackle pin is though the ZZ and tether, the shackle U could be used as the chest clip point. Brilliant! That way everything would be neat and inline.
  2. I had a big Beech to dismantle. Brush was chipped on site but the logs had to go up hill for 100m, so I hired an Avant 635. WHAT AN AWESOME TOOL! If I needed one twice a week I'd buy one tomorrow. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  3. Reminding you of this opportunity. Thanks.
  4. Good point IC. What about approaching the dealer and asking to hire the machine for a week/month and if you buy it, will they knock the rental off the purchase price. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  5. If you live close to Redwood, get the Forst. If not, get the Bandit. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  6. If you can't put muffs on it, just wear ear plugs and glasses. Simple. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  7. I watched highlights last night. Good race, dire commentary. They need to sort it out or it won't be covered here for much longer. Anyway, great to see Rossi up there. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  8. I know that some people have tried it but wondered If it worked out well. We were at work chatting about it and it just got me thinking. It would be an easy option if you already have a RW or ZZ. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  9. Charles at Arbrep Services. Has a workshop and is mobile. Redwood are also excellent although not in surrey but are also mobile.
  10. I'd like to see that. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  11. My stein cube poked a rod through the corner after about the third day. However, that was three years ago and it hasn't got any worse. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  12. Vodka and Sundays off work. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  13. Good thinking. Order the saw then 10 minutes later order the bar and chain! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  14. We'll they sound good at the price but I'm always dubious about buying cheap stuff. What size is needed for a 32" waist? I can't find a product sizing chart on any website.
  15. Will you be allowed to post it to us though?
  16. They look a bit straight in the leg though and maybe not so comfy for climbing in (working with a Silky of course, you understand). Any thoughts on the cut of them?
  17. How have these trousers held up? Anyone else using them? Thanks.
  18. Oh that's bad. I'd drive over there at a time when they're likely to be busy and get very vocal in front of everyone. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  19. Have the undelivered purchases been paid for?
  20. Cool. I have always used the recommended knot but with 5 wraps. Works we'll with my poison HiVee and 8mm Armor Pruss, the green & black stuff not the stiff red & black.
  21. What? Have they abolished the policy? I looked on the Chainsawbars website but there isn't a chain match for the t540xp. I've sent RobD a pm though.
  22. Good idea. I will.
  23. What are your favourite? I want the ones that will keep me coolest in the summer. Thanks.
  24. Thanks guys. Trouble is that I don't have a local Stihl dealer that is selling it in loops and the stupid online policy means I can't get it, so I'm stuck with the Oregon or Husky loops. Oh well.
