  1. Completely rite, apologies to Connor for giving an opinion on only half a story.
  2. I have always said how lucky your lads are to have an apprenticeship with you, shame he can't stick it out until he is driving. Perhaps if he were a little older and a lot wiser he wouldn't see the travel as an issue. Your correct in what you say no other firm will give him the opportunity that you have, brush dragging it is on Monday then. Wake up Connor.
  3. I'm sure the aa website has templates.
  4. Lol I wondered how long it would be before you started a thread on them dan. Looking forward to seeing the bowl progress.

  6. Thanks for the reply's gents, again a mixed bag on preferences wish there was no choice and there was only one to choose from lol like kids in sweet shops.
  7. I think I have managed to convince the bosses that purchasing a mid range saw will be beneficial to the team, mainly because our 261 does most of all floor work and to be honest is a complete pile. A bit like my thread a while ago when up dating our top handles I wanted to steer away from the 201 because of bad press so is the ms441 any better? That was my initial recommendation today with a 20 odd inch bar. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers mark.
  8. Our last one had a hard life and lasted to 140k that was on a 55 plate.

  13. And the rest huck I remember when Kent had its last whole time intake 7 years ago there where positions for 20ff's and six thousand applied. Haven't recruited since. What a joke!
  14. Those crucial minutes were lost years ago mate in when the government raised attendance times to meet there cuts. All so they can say "yes we still meet our attendance times even with half the personnel'.
  15. Daniel in this case you don't know what your talking about.
  16. Unfortunately it's the way of the world now. Everyone looks to get a bit off and save some money, me included with two young children money is far better in my pocket than any one else's. Just a case of you don't ask you don't get. But your rite when the boot is on the other foot it's a no all day long
