  2. My old man used to ring bark apple and pear trees to slow them up he would then cover the cut with tape to stop the wound from becoming infected. this was usually done at blossom time.

As the title says I need a labourer a couple of days a week (male or female. old or young) experience isnt a must, honesty and punctuality is, references from previous employers will be required and followed up, it will be donkey work and the money will reflect this so if you want to drag brush for between £40 and £60 a day depending on how you work then please Pm me. 16. The best bet Is to do as much as possible just to slow them down, I know from experience that its a pain to lock and unlock but its still quicker than earning the money to replace a chipper thats gone walkies. If they really want it they'll follow you to a job and nick it when you yurn your back for 2 minutes. If you think about how much they'll get for the right machine then they can afford to follow you for weeks and still be in pocket.
  17. Cheers for that A couple of questions.. Do you aim to place the cuts from under the limb or in the side ? Is it best for the cuts to be with the grain or accross ? Do you aim for an avarage width and depth ?
