  6. Maybe we should all have your old mans number then Matt In most cases when you ring 999 they can put a Doctor on the phone to talk you through a situation. My mate crushed his hand moving slabs of marble, the bloke driving the fork lift went into shock and the first aider fainted and hit her head .

  9. Write the address of the site your working on down so that in the event of an accident you dont end up refering to the site as where you reduced the Chestnut and the truck got stuck 2 years ago, because the emergency services wont have a clue what your on about. 17. There's only one other thing that classes as an emergency if you run out, and thats Dirt tickets (Bog roll), A mate of mine got caught short on a job last year and had to use a clotting bandage from his first aid kit.
  18. Anything with Norman Wisdom in it The quiet man with John wayne and Maureen O'Hara Predator Shooter Cool running, Enerny at the gates 28 days later Shaun of the dead
  19. Only my 10p worth but they will have the body on another truck and break the landrover for spares. Alot of theives are stealing items hoping a reward will be offered so they can cash in quick and then get onto the next item It might pay to contact the local paper and see if they want to run a story, at least you could get some advertising out of it and make the job of them moving it on a little harder.
  20. All of us probably! Its wheather you part on good or bad terms that makes the difference
  21. Nice one! Looks like you get your moneys worth out of the old girl Im sure that with a bit of thought all tracked chippers and stump grinders could de-mount to double as the platform for another machine
  22. Im having a hard time with storage for machines and accessing sites, Wondering if a narrow set of tracks powered by remote caravan mover motors could piggy back a chipper or stump grinder that had its original chaiss removed. The unit would be no higher than its own tracks and could also be used as a barrow or even the base for a tower for hedge cutting given a bit of time and effort. Im not an engineer but when I look at some of the tools and equipment we buy it makes me wonder if the people designing them make a poor job so each year they can tweek it and we'll all stump up some more cash. The difference in price between a towable Timberwolf and tracked is about 10k you would think that for that sort of money you would be able to use the tracked chassis for other tools in the range. Stihl have done a similar thing with the combi system when are the chipper and stump grinder manufacturers going to catch on , or is it going to be us that design it in the pub and build it in the shed What do you all think ( feel free to take the Mickey) I've got wide shoulders:001_rolleyes:
  23. Whats the foliage in the second picture Hama, do you recon its from the same tree ?

  25. I did wonder about that.
