    I've had exactly the same appear on a tulip tree on one of our maintained sites never got to the bottom of what it was.

    Believe me the wealthy make up for it they don't pass a tray of after eights round the table drug users come from every tier of society addiction does not discriminate against class. Long term use of hard drugs are going to make most users poor.

    You must live in a very blinkered world. Drug abuse is just as bad in wealthy people than any other tier of society. They usually have more to loose so hide it better.

    Doesn't take a genius to see if a climbers any good unfortantly it's a trade that seems to attract wanna be. That's why I stick with lads that don't spend there time looking at it talking shop but get on and get the job done Can't stand wining do it or do one is my attitude

    Neither would I my laughter would be at the fact the person dint realise what they were setting them self up for. My past as a steel erector has set me up well for dealing with these situations perfectly.

    I would of just laughed at them and got on with what I was doing and left them to it they can waste there own time but not yours.

    Find a friend with a lot of friends on Facebook and followers on twitters get them to post it out there. Once it spreads through the networks people who have an axe to grind or are upset by it spread the word. I've used it to some degree of success while battling a well known insurance company that had a huge media campaign at the time. I'm guessing monarch may not care what they look like on social media

    If I've lent someone off sombody it goes back in the same condition of I lend something it comes back shagged last thing was turfer will not grip the wire to pull through. No more lending me thinks

    Have you asked when you will get a lead climber rate? A lot of guys I know will pay the least they can till confronted. The way I'd play it is have a week where all jobs are done ahead of time and everyone's happy then tell him your running a tight gang and are worth more.

    Have a chat with your boss and explain the way you feel it matters very little what others earn or think you should earn. It's down to you and your boss to come to an arrangement. Can he afford to pay you more ? Do you get any other perks? If I get a good lad I'll look after them but I allso don't have lads on the books that have to be paid week in week out come rain or shine.

    I completely agree but trying to get either locally at an economical price is impossible. I've givens the cliant the option of buying in sawlogs and having them milled and the price has always put them off. We did some raised beds out of sweet chestnut for a cliant but the timber was his own. It really has stood up to the test of time and doesn't seem to stain like oak does.

    Completely agree with the point on men laying down there life for the country my old man use to drum it in to me. But I do wonder if they could see what great Briton has become they would do the same. I can honestly say I don't no who to vote for as there all as bad as one another

    Completely agree nowt wrong in getting some one with more experience I'll openly admit if I fell with a 260 362 460 I can put it where I want it once I get up to 660 or a long bar I am not as accurate.

    I've herd the Spanish authority's are pretty poor. I guess the fact it's Ester weekend has made it worse people getting off early. Good luck getting it sorted
