Don’t know any Celebrity’s well enough to say I dislike them. Dont understand Morden Celebrities who have appeared on some 2 bit programme and the whole world want to know what they ate for breakfast. Can tell you who I do like though Russel Howard think he’s a comedy geniuses.

I get Freud’s concept this is what I was getting at by the constant chatter of the mind between I’d ego and super ego constantly keeping one another in check.

Excuse my poor wording I’m afraid written tex is not my strong point. Im a little rushed this morning but wanted to quickly reply. Is the Ego not what negotiates between the conscious & the unconscious. As ego is made up of three parts all trying to control the other is this not the chatter we hear in our minds every day. The little Devil and Angel bickering from shoulder to shoulder. Ive noticed since starting to break my ego down that that useless chatter has almost gone. Making mindfulness/meditation much easier. Got to go off shooting must be some blood lust desire from the Ego?

I’m yet to experience the wonders of marriage!! Ive revised my position on getting the snip it’s been quite traumatic buying all the baby gear think the latter may be cheaper.

Just look at Facebook a lot of the guys that designed Facebook new how to get people hooked. We as humans love getting a reaction so by putting a like button in every time some one gets a like they get a dopamine release then there off chasing the next one. Some of them are now looking back wondering what they created, how will it change society not for the better I think.

You managed to find info on the negatives of mindfulness I’m sure you can find the rest out. Have you tried Mindfulness Huck it can help people that are Judgmental, Egotistical, Narcissistic, Narrow minded or have Anger issues. I suppose you have to see thesa traits before acting on them.

Is that an age thing or vasectomy thing. Feel a bit guilty really the Mrs is having our 3rd in March and I’m worried about getting the snip. Im sure the guilt will pass.

What are you referring to Mindfulness or free will. As the first will better you I do not know one person who has tried it that does not get some benefit from it. The argument on free will is in my case tying to understand how we work. Gaining understanding is a good thing. Im somewhat stumped how you compare this to God? Mind you main stream physicsit’s are all starting to believe in creation!!
