Worry about the things you can change although there's loads of bad things going on in the world and it's good to understand I would not worry about them. Life's a balance of good & bad got to to take the ruff with the smooth.

Mindfulness really helped me very hard to do to begin with but once you have the hang of it it shuts the mind down. Can anyone explain wellness as that's a new one?

They don't even know how the majority work so how you think Doctors can give specific medication is beyond me. Many people go through hell trying to find the right one considering they take 6 weeks to work it's a long process. They have there place but if I'm honest they work for people that have mild symptoms.

Not many mowers do to be honest you would really struggle to tip one of thesa over you would have to really do something stupid.

Win hof is a great example of a guy who had lost everything and fought back and won. I also started the cold shower and breathing techniques after I finally gave up smoking and it's worked great.

If you feel the vit k helped pick you up try the red light treatment you can hire them like sunbeds a few people I know have bought them and spend 20 mins on them everyday they swear by them. There's a guy on YouTube called John Bergman that covers this topic and many others explains it in a way that's easy to understand. He's what I would call a real Docter not a pill pusher.

For people that suffer from SAD/lack of sunlight vitamin K would red light treatment be worth a go?

At least you still got your sense of humour mate! I got an idea of what your going through it's hard to give advice on apart from keep talking it does help. If I new the answer Eggs I'd give it you in a heartbeat as it's something I would not wish on my worst enemy I've been to some dark places over the last 12 months. Keep your pecker up

Yes my Mrs ordered it off line and it came and it was a dragon outfit so one of his carers transformed it in to a dinosaur costume as long as we made the two carers that attend school with him dress up too. One bumped her car on the lane on the way in nothing serious but being dressed in a Dino outfit at 7am did raise a few eyebrows. Fred really injoyed it

Good little cutter bought one that was x EA right at the start of an auction got it for £750 plus vat commission. It's had been filled with deisal but not run £50 and it was running boy didn't it get some abuse great machine and very similar to the Etisia in design.

Seen loads of slings go usaly lifting cold rolled packs and a bite been used causing it to cut through only ever seen one chain break and that was on a demolition job where the colum had one nit left on the holding down plate the Crain was a 200t and light chains were been used on columns the driver had his head right over the colum the chain was left stretched so much that it stood up. Did wake the driver up. Seen stuff fall because an open chain was used before the days of gates

Have a look at the etisia model looks just like that built to last best atv mower I've used when they were first bought out they demoed them clearing bamboo in Japan made it look easy. You can pick good second hand one up with around 800 hours on for £3/3500 quite easily.

Must be an old wife's tale Hereford my local city is more of a town. Telford which should be a city is just a maxi e town like Miltonkenes very new. Anybody know the deciding factor in what makes a city , population perhaps

That's a spreader bar diffrent beast all together. Used to distribute weight out evenly with a heavy lift.

I think you would be surprised how often slings break all the big firms involved in steal construction don't use them. I no it's quick but for anything of weight I'd be sticking to the chains all on the crane firm then.
