It’s a combination really a quick explanation been that at that age our heads weigh a great deal and the spinal colum can’t control it if thrown forward. At least rear facing the spine is surported. -

I’ve used Mindfulness to help me with a lot of negatives in my life with great success. I believe we have free Will in some aspects of our lives but not others complete lack of free will does not make sense I’d be happy to be proved wrong. The way I see it is we’re all on a journey the destination is all ready chosen we just get to choose the route. For it to be mandatory for toddlers to remain in rear facing child seats up until 7 years of age. The stats for spinal cord brain injury’s is absolutely shocking. 90% of this could be solved with rear facing. -

FairPlay for trying to get something done you believe in. I’m afaid trying to get any sensible response from the powers that be are little to no chance. I tried with rear facing child seats with the backing of a big multinational Solicitors firm and got no where. -

I've no problem with any person bettering them selfs at all. But I do have a problem with some on here talking about benefit hand outs to the lower class as a bad thing while handing her£360 million. If she brings so much money in the country through tourism why cant she pay to have her own leaky roof repairs. Nothing against the Royals just doesn't make sense to me.

DMT is a very interesting substance it's called the spirit molecule or God molecule it's released upon death so we can cope. That's why many who have near death experience come back with such vivid tales. It can be found in most living things. If your friend was vomiting I would imagine it was Ayahuasca very pure DMT but mixed with other plants so the stomach can take it up. People have very introspective trips and learn a lot about themselves all reporting meeting Mother Nature. If DMT is smoked it's ingested into the lungs and a short 15 min trip where again many people report the same things. Some great Ted Talks on thesa and obviously Terrance McKenna has a lot to say on the subject. Not it that I would condone taking illegal substances.

Tithe guy who taught me mindfulness studied under a Shamon in Australia for around 7 years and has been to many retreats. He is also a Bowen Therapist which I also get a great deal of. We have spent hours discussing how Meditating Mindfulness and other things can help pain manegment addiction well being PTSD and a whole variety of other ailments. Hes and old hippy probably took far to much DMT but he's probably the only person I know that's completely at ease with everything. Keep it coming I'm quite enjoying your posts.

I think mindfulness is what got me through 14 months in a children's hospital intensive care unit. I was lucky to have a really good teacher. When I first started I really struggled but can manage around 10 mins now but that 10 mins carryover through the day. It makes you a lot more aware of everything. I feel that breath right down to my little Toe. There's times when I've not practiced as much my temper and ego come back.

Master mindfulness you could be in that zone constantly. It's harder than it sounds though I've been trying for 5 years it comes and goes.

If someone is stupid enough to invest money in something they can't afford then I'm sorry they are going to learn the lesson the hard way. Do you actually understand why bitcoin was created and who it was created by? Yes it's a scam but not in the sense people think it's a lot clever than that I would not buy coin at today's prices that risk. It matters very little to me as I had bitcoin before it was trendy if they drop to £100 I'd still make £89 yes I'd loose what they made. Its all good fun old boy.

We compete with them if a Cliant is only interested in the price I'm walking. A few of our elderly friends have had jobs done usually by been sweet talked into it and I've made sure we're there when they pick the cheque up.

Look at Greece when they robbed there accounts they turned to bitcoin. China devalued the yen people invested in Bitcoin. Theres some very clever people behind bitcoin and Yes it could all collapse. But so could our economy we can't have infinite grove.
