In 18years i've never had it and there's plenty log sellers round me but you always get one. Saying that i now have a 16 year old just started up near me is selling logs at a higher price than me and delivering on a scooter. Claims he's already taken half me coustomers. What a plonka

Wouldnt take cover out with any of them big firms total waste of money. We used to pay monthly so my gran would be covered incase anything happened. They messed up the payment once just when my gran need them. Refused to come out even though we had payed for 2 years and she had no heating. We now know a very good and friendly gas fitter/plumber comes out when ever we need him. Hope you get it sorted and get some comp out of them. Keep a record of all your dealings with then you may get on Watch Dog.

Do you think thats whats happened to him. He's told a his mates he got a stihl of a bloke in a van for 60quid what a bargin, till his mate told him it was a cheap copy not worth 5 quid. I no lets sell it on e-bay to someone as thick as me. DOH!

People with no idea who think they getting a cheap well known brand name. They bring them in to our local repair shop for fixing and he chucks them stright into the bin. Strange but some people dont see the funny side

If you got a farm shop sell nets some people only want a few logs for the night or weekend and cannot store a full load (but offer the full load) . Check around for local competion see what prices they charge then charge acordingly.And yes they will dry in crates but think of handling

Be carefull what you feed them. Kitchen waste can give them a large amount of fat which some people like but not all. Think what you want the meat for 60 65 kg weight is good for bacon 75-85 good for chops and the rest. Good fencing. good shelter (they will destroy anything) and plenty of water (loads of mud for summer) DONT NAME THEM the wife/partner and kids wont want to get rid of them

In that case theres a bloke near you that sells logs or did. Cannot remember address but i do remember theres a posh hotel/resturant next door to him and he overlooked that quary if any good

I've been asked to supply some timber for building project for a cub/scout camp but i dont have alot of what they looking for as its all been chopped for logs or is to big and i have no jobs coming with any suitable wood. As it for the cub/scouts they were hoping it would be as cheap as possable (free would be nice) They say soft wood would be fine (not pop) The timber they looking for is 9 3metre 8inch thick 9 4.5m 6inch thick 9 2.5m 6inch thick So what i'm asking is there anyone in the nottinghamshire area with anything like that that they would be willing to donate. We can collect O did i say it may get on the TV
