  1. Took one down last week it was frost damaged hardly a leaf on it, there has been previous threads on them loads have suffered due to the cold winter we had.
  2. The strap would snap first, believe me good hooks will hold anyway you put them on. What I mean by good hooks is one's that are not 35 yr old and rusty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Well as long as he jumps when he headbutts it he will be fine.
  4. Scaffold practises of yesteryear no harm in it. The hiviz brigade will be along shortly to explain the science of safety.
  5. To me it looks nowhere near the lines. Don't see a risk myself maybe in the put up and take down, but not as a working area.
  6. I have a 441 it's not a great saw but it's far from a bad saw. Used a 460 and yes it's better but not by that much.
  7. A load of balls you have convinced yourself that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. They had a listening device hooked up to a veteran beech and they where listening to it. Yes sounds mad but they where get a look on iplayer very interesting, I know sound interesting but was. About 10 or 15 mins near the start of the show. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. A woman tried to tell me her new Suzuki vitara would not run on tesco fuel, people who come away with the chat that they wouldn't use fuel from a certain place really need a word with themselves. Not even going to get in to the refinery issues. It doesn't matter what you say to them the answer you get is it's rubbish fuel I would not use it. Some people you just can't help. 13. I read that chocolate milk rehydrates you quicker than water, don't know why and can't remember where I seen the article on it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. It is a good deal better than asda or those scammers tesco, they wanted you to buy 24 pack of coke and 6 tins of tuna which was over priced to get 5p off a ltr. Sainsburys will be getting my money while they have a deal like that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. You will get a multitude of answers, but in my opinion if you eat rite all the time and train sensible you need nothing else. Just thought I would get in there early before all the prices and brand name get threw in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Thought ducks had a small row of serrated ridges (like teeth) on the lower beak, that's why I said kind of. Am maybe wrong, and your run of the mill hen has no teeth well none that I have ever kept had. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Cheers lads, I know they are not that far in the ground. Just notice some really big one's about. They make great kindling. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Do ducks have teeth? My daughter asked me that last week I said not really. Her reply was how do I know that. Get yourself a child then you can have one of those questions a week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Cheers mate knew it had to be something with a bit of height. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Yip I have seen being sold in place like that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Bit of a stupid question a bet but i will ask anyway, what type of wood are they made from and who makes them? The reason am curious is there is one near me and must be near 50ft tall it hold the lines over housing estate.

    first car

That has to be a girl thing, naming a car please
  24. Couldn't agree more, think we are made to feel that we have to pretend to have apathy for all the dead regardless how bad they where they where living. I worked for a firm once and the foreman was a complete arse and the majority of workers thought the same. He took a massive heart attack one weekend and died. The next week everyone was running around for a collection and saying how bad it was that he was dead. I on the other hand i said nothing then i was told that £20 was the going rate for the collection, i never paid into it and i never went to the funeral. The point is i never liked him when he was alive so why should i have went all soft cause he died. Thousands die in Africa every year due to malnutrition and bad sanitation we don't even blink an eye.
  25. If it is only you in the bucket what does it matter about starting it in the bucket? And as for holding out of the bucket well the chances of dropping it would be greater than hurting yourself while starting it inside i think anyway.
