Good to see somebody at this, I was a mad tree climber as a kid and remember getting to the top of a monkey puzzle and feeling sick with fear when I looked down. Keep the videos coming I enjoy watching them there great.

I know a man that will make and host your site say 2 pages for under a £100 and he's good, a lot of site look the same as there just templets. The fella i am talking about will give you ideas and does it the way you want. People charge way over the top for sites. Same here was out all day with mine on never stopped raining, and standing in mud up to the tongues and feet are warm and dry. I bought a good pair of hiking socks that are thick and high and they work a treat with the Hiax.

Well surely if you use common sense from the start you would know not to move the person unless he or she was in more danger by being there. Reading and quoting things from the HSE is all well and good, but when the sh*t hits the fan I rely on instinct, sense and damage limitation. Yes they are mostly urban myths, my wife's a nurse in A&E and even some of are colleagues come away with statements regarding not helping people as you could be left accountable. It is utter tripe and mostly started in a bar with local expert after 10 pints. If my wife didn't help someone in the street if they collapsed surely that has to be worse! Stay up later, don't eat after 8pm,and work hard during the day that should do the trick. Works for me those naps on the sofa won't help.
